Would anyone be interested in a HF Sens League for this UPDATE SEE POST 23

I saw this thread on the Flames board about their league at this site http://www.metroho.com/ and was thinking I might start a HF Sens league if there was enough interest. Check out the FAQ on the right of the site for more info

I think I've been involved in something similar in the past. Sounds interesting. I'd be down if somebody sets something up.

On a scale from 1-100, I'm a firm Jeremy Roenick.

Down like a clown, Charlie Brown.

So I've counted 10 people in this thread that were interested. According to those FAQ private leagues can consist of 10 or 15 teams. As the top 8 teams of a league advance to the playoffs, I'd say we should aim for 15 participants to make regular season more interesting.

Anyone willing to set this thing up once that number is reached?

I will look into setting one up

saskriders 11-19-2012 07:33 PM

So bad news. It says you need to be a donor (their version of sponsor) to be able to set up private leagues. I sent a pm to one of the Flames league members to see if they found a way around it, but if they didn't we wouldn't be able to do the league unless someone was willing to become a donor (it is $6 for 30 days).

Fenix Rises 2026 11-19-2012 07:39 PM

Can you set up a public league and we'll all just join that? If we're quick enough we can probaby fill it before other people join it.

saskriders 11-19-2012 07:44 PM

Public leagues get set up automatically, and are level based (so we would have to wait for the next level 1 to be empty) plus they only have 10 spots not 15

Benny FTW 11-19-2012 08:08 PM

So basically its 6 bucks a month to play the league?
