Skating Strides / Shot Mechanics / Sauce / ETC.

What about a thread or threads where we post a quick video of us doing certain hockey related moves. Then we can have (hopefully) a more experienced or even instructor level person critique the movements in hopes that we can improve.

I have coached baseball for a number of years (pitchers specifically) and I find video to be the best tool to explain to an athlete what they can improve on. It works well for archery as well.

What does everyone think?

Will do, I have a game tonight. Getting decent video up close will be tough, it might need to wait until puck lunch.

Yeah, you might want to get footage from like a sticks and pucks session or whatever... something where we can focus on you alone ya know?
