Tapered Wood Blades
**Bump...
Just posted this on MSH, too.. Is it me or is BAUER no longer manufacturing tapered wood replacement blades?! Cannot find any for the life of me, looking for a SR, RH, PM9 Stamkos if anyone can help. Thanks in advance, if all else fails, I'll just grab an Easton P4 Cammalleri tapered wood.. seems to be plenty of those around. |
TSR has two X:60 Woods in stock in the RH PM9 pattern.

Oh wow, there's a flashback. I sold that tapered shaft at least 2 years ago.

I put this in its own thread to avoid confusion.
As far as I know, the only wood tapered blades you can find are the Eastons. They are actually pretty good blades. Some places have them at $25 which is a decent price. I never liked Bauer wood blades. They are too think and break quickly. Eastons last much longer. If you really love wood blades, look into custom blades from Eleven (formerly Christian). I would GUESS the quality is as good as possible and you can get extra fiberglass for durability plus custom lie and curve. |
