Sunday Practice at the Arena
 

I'm probably the only one here that went... the crowd was very sparse... no more than 100 at once in the seats.

Notable absences: M Afinogenov, C Brown, R Miller

From what I remember, these guys were playing together in the drills:
A Kotalik - C Drury - T Pyatt
J-P Dumont - D Briere - J Hecht
T Connolly - D Roy - A Peters

The PP unit that was working out together:
J-P Dumont - C Drury - D Briere
A Zhitnik - A Delmore

Biron's new helmet is sweet, I must say... I'll post pics when I get them developed...

I think I'm gonna head back over Tuesday... night practice: 6:30-8:30...

I was also able to snag some autos in the parking lot... Pyatt, Connolly, Campbell, Roy, Peters, Biron, Hecht, Dumont, and Kotalik all stopped... Drury just drove right by the ten of us that were standing there... He had a guy with him, who I couldn't quite recognize. I spent the whole practice trying to decipher who it was. I don't know if any of you could help, but he was tall, probably the tallest guy out there, had curly hair, and had Easton gloves and a Synergy in his hands, and wasn't weraing a visor. If anyone could let me know, that'd be great...

My guess is could have been Kruikov. Don't know what he looks like facially, but he's tall (6'4") and on the thin side.

Kriukov had CCM Vector sticks and was wearing a visor when he was in Rochester. His build reminded me of Novotny as he was tall, but he had skinny legs.

If he had a really big nose I'd guess Chris Thorburn.

Although, that sounds like Mike Ryan as well.

Ryan might make sense - he's a BU guy like Drury, right?

Nope, Ryan went to Northeastern. It's the "other" Beanpot school along with BU, BC, and Hahhhhhvad.
