I was trying to remember what the Bs projected lines were for this season. Honestly couldn't do it off the top of my head.

It's going to be weird to talk about face off percentages again instead of HRR percentages.

So I take it there hasnt been any developments?

Sorry, a bit of release. I'm still secretly hoping for a deal in my heart but my brain says the season is gone. :(

a couple weeks ago when a deal appeared to be close, I allowed myself to play some NHL 13 and it felt so good to roll 4 lines with Horton in the mix and beat up on the Habs. Now I can't even look at it

Bourque a lock- Knight needs some games and probably wont even back till the week after Xmas

Bourque over Caron? I feel like at this point Caron will have to play himself off the team.

Why would a career AHLer like Bourque be a lock? Caron who doesn't look like he's trying half the time has .31 ppg in 71 games while Bourque has a .12ppg in 33 games.

I want Lucic and Marchand on the same line to keep the fires lit for Looch, but i dunno if either can play the right side effectively

Despite his struggles this year we do know what we have in Caron. SOlid enough 3rd liner with a decent frame who just leaves you wanting a little more offense. Bourque is an unknown at NHL level.

I'd like to give Bourque a look with Kelly and Peverley though. If he plays well I think him and Peverley playing wing on the same line can be like a poor mans Marchand/Seguin. Caron has the inherent spot he deserves of 13th man/Prov and guy who gets plugged in in case of injury. He has had and will have plenty of more chances to get an increased role.

Holy crap, it was nice to read lines and D-pairings and brief debate about the actual sport and not this nonsense we have been dealing with....
