Love his intensity. He actually looked angry in the pre-game interview. He's ready. Would love him on my team.

William H Bonney 12-30-2012 04:13 AM

Wow. Can't believe Canada was that disjointed up the middle on that final rush. I thought Subban looked shaky early but the breakaway save and lead has given him confidence. He's made some good stops since. US defense has been a disaster when Jones/Reilly are out there. The other pairs have been fine.

SephF 12-30-2012 04:13 AM

Gibson made a few huge saves to keep his team in the game.

Machinehead 12-30-2012 04:13 AM

Once again, we're just a warmup for the Russia game.

ThankYouBasedGod 12-30-2012 04:13 AM

Great period overall, Canada can't get too comfortable!

Bomber0104 12-30-2012 04:13 AM

Another poor period for Hamilton.

Rielly should be the defacto PP leader for this team.

tmlms13 12-30-2012 04:14 AM

is the TSN stream anywhere online?

Phion Keneuf 12-30-2012 04:14 AM

Wasn't a big fan off trouba, he has changed my mind a lot though....

Mason10 12-30-2012 04:14 AM

Trouba looks really good

BostonBruins92 12-30-2012 04:14 AM

Subban was the reason Canada is up. Play was about even.

Howboutthempanthers 12-30-2012 04:14 AM

Pretty much what I expected.

Hurt 12-30-2012 04:14 AM

Very impressed with Gibson. He is looking great despite being down two goals.

Yea, Hamilton is meh out there. Looks like Cody Franson

Evolu7ion 12-30-2012 04:14 AM

Jones' lack of hockey IQ is getting exposed.

DatsyukOwns 12-30-2012 04:15 AM

Trobua is so calm with the puck. Very good pick for the Wild.

Trouba looks like your best defenceman in every game I've seen of the USA.

Jets fans are lucky they have both him and Scheifele.

Fire Sweeney 12-30-2012 04:15 AM

Americans just don't have the skill to compete with the top 4 nations.

That glove on Shiefele. Wow.

Sonny21 12-30-2012 04:15 AM

Glad Canada is winning, surprised Galchenyuk isn't getting more minutes. He is by far USA's most dangerous player when he has the puck.

Jabba11 12-30-2012 04:15 AM

Let Galchenyuk out of the cage

IHaveNoCreativity 12-30-2012 04:15 AM

Game should be tied, this is the goaltending we need to win... Can he keep it up ? I think so.

Alerion 12-30-2012 04:15 AM

No one jinx Subban! Seriously, not a damn word til the game's over.

Trouba's been really good and Gibson's been sharp. I'm wary of Galchenyuk but other than those three the Americans haven't been very impressive (especially Jones).

Hoping Canada can kill off the remaining seconds of this penalty and coming out firing in the second :handclap:
