I'm a big fan of Sriracha as well.....in moderation, that is. Works great for meats and pasta, but...won't be putting it on a dessert any time soon. :help:

Just not a fan of hot sauce or spicy foods
Enjoy my food without having to sweat through it Every time I get salsa I always get the mild one. Don't want to try the really hot kind. |
Not a fan of hot sauce

I like how the question is just "Hot Sauce: Yes or No"
|
Yes.
|
I like spicy food, but don't need to douse everything in hot sauce. I'll trust the chef to start.
|
I like Frank's but that's not overly hot. The real hot sauces i don't enjoy. I can't handle hot and spicy food as i did when i was younger.
|
I have terrible tolerance to hot and spicy foods
|
No hot sauce. Definitely not on breakfast. I will, however, eat mildly spicy salsas and sauces, though.

Love it. Makes dining hall food tolerable.

|
I really don't care for it.

Love making my own hot sauces, and almost always have some in the fridge. It's really easy to do, and just takes a little time. It's also really cheap. My base is usually loaded with jalapenos and a few habaneros, as well as a bunch of fresh cilantro.
After that, then just go with it's season. For the fall like we just had, made a batch with some roasted pumpkin and maple syrup added. In the summer usually make a batch with some watermelon. Don't really have a go to for the spring, though. |
Hot sauce on everything is so 2011.
2012: The Year of the Pulled-Pork Sammies. I wonder what 2013 has in store. |
