if it starts Jan 15th, whos going?

if the season starts on the 15th who plans on going to see the opener against the sabres?

Do you expect tickets to be expensive or cheap because they need to think about bringing fans back?

If their kind of cheap I'll be going for sure.

CanadianHockey 01-06-2013 09:47 PM

The only game I'll be sure to go to is the last home game of the season (or playoffs).

Need to give Alfie a proper farewell.

N Bahn Ahden 01-06-2013 11:03 PM

Seems from Lebrun and Friedman that the likely start date is January 19th.

The schedule also won't be the same as what it would have been, for a variety of reasons.

SilverSeven 01-06-2013 11:38 PM

If the tickets are "cheap" I hope I get refunded for my STs. Ill be there, and at every game.

Hoping to get on the screen or TV with an over the top pro NHL sign "THANK YOU FOR COMING BACK!" or something, only to flip it to reveal a drawing of a guy getting pig roasted with "fans" written on him, and "NHL" and "NHLPA" on the two doing the ****ing.

The Expert 01-06-2013 11:40 PM

Not a chance.

Tickets --> Cheap LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL

ReginKarlssonLehner 01-07-2013 12:21 AM

I need to make the journey to Ottawa for the last home game of the season.

All it takes is a crappy team for cheap tickets. The most recent year they missed the playoffs tickets could be had for dirt cheap, love having fair-weather fans. :handclap:

kilroy 01-07-2013 07:18 AM

This won't happen, but I'd like to see nearly or completely empty arenas around the league for opening day. Just as a protest of sorts. But, like I said, won't happen.

BK201 01-07-2013 07:52 AM

I won't go to the home opener **** that. I'll be at other games but I hope other people boycott the home openers too to protest. And what a cup win with 50-48 games were missing 32 games.

Qward 01-07-2013 08:11 AM

I have class at 830 the next morning. In Kingston. So yes, I will be there.

Suiteness 01-07-2013 08:56 AM

The very least these a-holes should do is opening night 15 games, all 30 teams with free admission in all the arenas AND a free jersey to boot.

Milan the God* 01-07-2013 10:02 AM

I'll be going. It would be sweet to see a massive protest, but based on that fact that people would ignore it and STH have already paid for their tickets, it won't happen.

I'm hoping to go to the first game of the regular season and the last. And then playoffs if the Sens do make it.

Dr.Sens(e) 01-07-2013 10:22 AM

With season tickets in a spot I never want to give up, pretty hard not to be there from the get-go. I'll be there whenever and against whomever it starts.

Smash88 01-07-2013 10:49 AM

Yep, ST's already paid for, I'll be there

Indrew 01-07-2013 10:53 AM

Cancelled my seasons in October. I won't be there until September.

kellmuff96 01-07-2013 05:02 PM

I'm not going. The league/players sent a strong message that they didnt care about our money when they decided to lock out for the 2nd time in less than 10 years.

With that in mind, they arent getting any money from me and I'm disgusted at all the sheep that are just running back like nothing happened.

How many years did you have? I considered it, but my priority number is like 17 years old. It gets me free parking and the ability to trump almost anyone on seat selection.

Kinda hard to give up when I know Id be back in a year or two.

According to the team 1200 you are part of the 1% though!

BK201 01-07-2013 05:25 PM

I asked for a refund on canceled games. They're trying to get a hold if me I really only did it because of last week when I though talks were breaking off I thought as a ticket holder I'd start telling the organization that I don't want my full package if I don't get a full season.

SilverSeven 01-07-2013 05:29 PM

Yep I asked for a refund on cancelled games. Was told that they couldnt do it. Only option was to cancel or to wait.

Its your choice, but I hate putting down others for going to the games (especially when they have already paid for them). Im sure you will watch on TV. You are currently discussing the NHL online. Dont act like youve left.

We all got cheated on. Some take her back, some just stalk her facebook and jerk it to photos of her with her new man.

sexytime 01-07-2013 05:30 PM

Whoever says they're not going is a stubborn goof. Grow up, swallow your pride, and go watch some hockey.

Icelevel 01-07-2013 05:35 PM

btw it starts jan 19. afternoon game. cbc triple header.

I sleep with her behind her new bf's back.
