Part 1 is 20 minutes long so this one's a doozy.

Interesting so far, Black said 30 people cancelled their season tickets. He's going to call each one to make sure it wasn't just an "emotional decision" and give them the choice to keep them. That's a great thing to do considering the waiting list to become a season ticket holder.

The guy is smooth as silk. Said all the right things. Continues to have ideas to improve fans experience and has green light for any project that he wants from TP. Let fans vent a bit and then disarmed them by agreeing with them that they should be frustrated. Fans make the team what it is.

I love that he basically told out of town fans to email him, and he's hook them up with 50% merchandise since they can't get up here for the sale.

where a bouts does it say that? Does anyone know his personal email?

Yeah. He alluded early in the interview when he was asked about the discount for online sales that people who knew how to get in touch with him got taken care of, but was more overt later. The 'email Howard' thing was an out for him I think; I'd expect he started to realize the flood of emails he'd start getting.

He should have a Twitter for this, but I emailed through the WGR page. Hopefully it works.

I got a response, directly from Ted Black offering to help me. Pretty good guy he is.

As happy as I've been with Pegula being the owner, Uncle Teddy has been outdoing himself every time he does something.

...I feel like Ted is a very good president. And he cares about the organization. It's nice. He did a great thing with those STHers.

Ted Black is an unbelievably good guy, and fantastic at what he does. I'd be shocked if he didn't personally respond to every email he receives about the merchandise.

At this point I would suspect it's just a case of him having a good hundred or more people e-mailing him about this, as well as lots of stuff to deal with for season ticket holders (a common topic in his interview). That he responded to one of you 3 already means he should be able to get it done for you guys, I hope.
