Personally I've never read from this website before, but after reading this laughable article I wanted to see what everyone else thought about it. I'm looking forward for the Oilers to get playing to prove this idiot wrong. Also mods I've never created a thread before so feel free to change anything, if I've made a mistake.

Of every fanbase in any sport, the Canucks fans come across like they have severe 'Napoleon Complex'.

I mean we have our banter with the Flames fans, the banter with Leafs fans. They seem like very typical sports banter between rival fan bases.

But the general banter with Canucks fans really seems like they're over-compensating for something. I mean who trashes their own city?? TWICE?

Redwings have been the most successful and dominant franchise of the past 2 decades, and even they don't have remotely the same level of hubris the Canucks fanbase has.

I like vice but that article was just garbage. Every point the writer makes it just awful and shows very poor understanding of hockey and how to build a team. I stopped reading when the writer said Eberle is Horcoff 2.0.

Clearly a troll for hits.

Only thing noteworthy in that entire article is that David Staples is a borderline stalker, and is apparently making all Edmonton media look bad.

I wouldn't even paint the Canuck fanbase with the same brush as that loser.

I could make a article about Sedin eathing Marchands punches/getting knocked out by Keith's elbow/Riots/Having worse season in the late 90's than the Oilers have ever had, and completely just rip into them.

But whats the point? You aren't an ANGRY HOCKEY NERD, you are just an ANGRY NERD with a slander article.
