Calgary-Winnipeg

Calgary-
Patrice Cormier

Winnipeg-
Greg Nemisz

bigwoz62 01-20-2013 10:47 AM

I have been to many Heat games this year. Something is up with Nemisz. Or should I say down. He is pointless in like 15 games. If he's not scoring he is pointless. Literally!

Change of scenery might help both players.....

1 point in 20, I beleive. Cormier has 1 in 12 and is injured again. A change of scenery trade, hopefully both players can relocate there games.

Leaf Rocket 01-20-2013 11:32 AM

I'd thing they can do this trade as both have become stagnant in the place they are in.

Sparky93 01-20-2013 11:41 AM

Both players are capable of more, a little kick start can't hurt, considering where they're headed.

Ashasx 01-20-2013 11:49 AM

I don't think Nemisz will be re-signed by the Flames, where Cormier might be.

Either way, neither asset has much value. I wouldn't be opposed to this kind of trade.

I think a change of scenery might be good, i'd do this trade.

Negrin for Aliu 2.0

What's happened to Nemisz? He was projected to be a decent NHL 3rd or 4th line C/RW. Currently he's not even a decent AHLer. :thumbd:

He's still young. He's had a pretty rough start in the AHL this year, but he's still capable of reaching his projected potential. With Horak and Sven coming to the Flames, he'll be given more opportunities in Abb.

Finally a trade proposal that actually makes some sense....change my benefit both.

He's probably one of the worst skaters in professional hockey.

(outside of goons, etc.)

Canadian Jesus 01-20-2013 04:31 PM

Change of scenery would help both players: I would pull the trigger

InfinityIggy 01-20-2013 04:34 PM

I'd be OK with this

Huffer 01-20-2013 05:57 PM

I don't think the Jets have given up on Cormier. He may still fill a bottom 6 role in a year or two.

Same thing for Nemisz I don't have much hope for either, it wouldn't really matter if we did this or not IMO.

I like him, His faceoff record at the NHL level is ridiculous

ginovegas 01-21-2013 12:04 AM

Habs might be interested in Bringing local boy Cormier to Montreal
Palushaj?

DBU 01-21-2013 09:03 AM

Funny enough, I pulled this exact deal off in NHL 13.

Go for it.
