Miller just stood strong on that PP and the Sabres blocked a bunch of shots. No worries. It was a decent period and there's still lots of time left. We can do this.

Probably the single most infuriating period I've ever seen.

Just all around frustrating.

Sloppy 5-5, no-finish PP and they are out-hitting us it seems.

No it wasn't...Poor movement, no one willing to shoot. Our only good chance came from Phaneuf's shot that hit the post

Why doesn't Kostka shoot?

He had 2 or 3 chances to easily one time a shot on but opted to past it back a to Kessel or Phaneuf.

Can't we have a semi-decent one timer play here on a 5 on 3? So frustrating to watch a 5 on 3 with no urgency and useless back to back passes.

I have no doubt that not scoring on the easiest scenario in hockey is going to cost us this game.

Buffalo is going to score on all of their PP too, I can smell it.

That was all Miller, and wtf is with Myers coming out of the box on the fly? Refs completely missed that. I agree I see a lot of make up calls going against us in the second.
