Why would you guys want Hanzal when you already have a grip of centers? Anyway Hanzal won't be going anywhere, this is a no from Phoenix.

Easy no from Phoenix. Add two firsts and I still say no.

This is not the kind of deal the Bruins need.

If anything, they need a 15-20 goal scoring defensively responsible wing, trading their #1 center and #3 D for players they don't need really seems like it isn't the best idea.

Is Krejci - Yandle fair value? I'm awful at evaluating people.

I feel like it's fair value for value's sake alone. Whether or not it fits the needs of a team, either today or in the future, is an entirely different discussion. For Phoenix, I would imagine this trade wouldn't make too much sense right now (even with the type of defenseman prospects they have coming down the pipeline, none of them are sure bets to replace the skill that Yandle brings to the table today).

Maybe, maybe not. But Boston does not need Hanzal, they have great center depth. So why give up their #2 dman and one of their top prospects for another defensive center?

Hamilton is doing a great job thus far in the PMD role.. This lessening the need for a Yandle. Boston should not trade their top center.

There's no maybe. There is no way in hell Phoenix would move Hanzal for Boychuk and Knight. I'm a huge fan of both players, too. I actually really wanted Phoenix to take both in their draft years.

Regardless of your opinion, it's a non-issue as Boston is NOT in the market for centers.

Hanzal is a big strong defensive center, however he needs to develop an offensive game before he can garner a huge return in a trade.

And Phoenix is the last team in the league looking to deal a center, so we are agreed. :)
