Myers bounce back game? Vanek continues his hot streak?

At the very least, please split up 57 - 3.

Ron C. 02-01-2013 05:58 PM

I would sit Leopold.

Myers-Sekera
Ehrhoff-Sulzer
Weber-Brennan

Myers has been poor lately, but Leopold has been a train wreck. Until Regehr returns, this is our best d-lineup.

Looking at the roster you see Stafford with an 'A', all I can think is meh.

He's been good this year, I don't have a problem with his effort this year. I do wish he would start contributing on the scoreboard though.

Push Dr Tracksuit 02-01-2013 07:44 PM

What's the deal with this poor D organization wide. When they said they had depth ibdidnt think it was the kind you had to scrape off your boots. Someone bring back McKee. Sabres complete the nightmare in Boston by losing to the Habs 3-2 so.

JOHNBOY 02-01-2013 09:10 PM

Play defense and some how get a point and i'll be happy....

I'm just hoping that they stay out of the box so I don't have to hold my breath with every point shot, especially with Markov and Subban out there... if they lose the game at even-strength, so be it.

Stockey 02-01-2013 11:33 PM

Sabres 8 Canadians 2

Vanek 6 points

:naughty:

Taelin 02-02-2013 12:30 AM

Looks like this will be another game I'll be watchin on Gamecenter later in the day; why must I work Saturdays?!

Montreal always gets some home cooking it seems, hope for the best but expect the worse..

Taro Tsujimoto 02-02-2013 12:33 AM

May as well start getting re-used to it now...

Hasek 02-02-2013 12:35 AM

BUF 3-2 MTL
Grigorenko, Stafford, Foligno

Duddy 02-02-2013 06:13 AM

I expect the sabres to steamroll them and build on their win agaist boston.

Sabres put up at least 5-6 goals.

Stasis 02-02-2013 06:30 AM

Don't give them any powerplays boys!

Dale Cooper 02-02-2013 07:49 AM

Nothing like some snow and an afternoon game!

Dr Gonzo 02-02-2013 08:03 AM

Hey guys, Habs fan coming in peace.

Does Scott play every game? Or do you guys just dress him vs the more goonish teams?

Just checking, as he really wouldn't have a dance partner on the Habs. And frankly, after his battering of Thornton hopefully his thirst for destroying another human being has been quenched...for now.

edit: I should mention, I traded Vanek in my FHL sim league this summer....so yeah, big idiot, right here.

NoGoal 02-02-2013 08:12 AM

About to hit the road for the 3 hour drive. Go Sabres! First game in the Bell Centre for me :)

Scott has dressed every game this season. I only remember 2 fights though.

I see the underrating of Drew Stafford has continued this season.

It's a lot easier to appreciate Stafford when you accept that he's a streaky scorer. He's a good player who gives an honest effort - one people don't give him credit for nearly enough.

So far he's played every game and it seems like he's getting more and more ice time, tbh he hasn't looked all that bad and even made some nice(for him) plays
