Tonight 0+3. I cant undestand this man anymore. What is he, about 50 yrs? Always good scorer, but now he is like freaking Malkin. Amazing man.

Sean Garrity 02-01-2013 11:39 PM

His two primary assists were NHL 13 type passes.

KEEROLE Vatanen 02-01-2013 11:40 PM

He must have a stash of deer antler spray

50??? Not sure if serious???

He's 42 and just really really good. A real treat to watch for sure.

Ted Brautigan 02-01-2013 11:46 PM

soon we can say that he is in him prime at age of 42. I know Gordie was great oldie, but Teemu musta be second oldest star :) If defensive players dont count.

Billy Mays Here 02-01-2013 11:46 PM

Wild didn't come to play at all, Teemu took full advantage. Game would've easily been 6-1 if not for Backstrom tonight.

Ted Brautigan 02-01-2013 11:50 PM

Maybe his real name is Antwan.

TheStinger 02-01-2013 11:54 PM

I think it is entirely disrespectful for him to be embarrassing players half his age in the league. He needs to think of the children. Retire immediately.

mnwild 02-01-2013 11:55 PM

the question is when does he retire if he keeps putting up numbers like this? 45? 50? 55?

MMonarchs 02-01-2013 11:57 PM

He was dubbed "The Finnish Facilitator" tonight.

He's the king of disrespectful goal celebrations.

mnwild 02-01-2013 11:59 PM

woops multiple threads open in tabs plus beers doesnt work

State of Hockey 02-02-2013 12:00 AM

It's going to be a sad day when he decides to hang up the skates. So much fun to watch, and he's great to listen to off the ice as well.

He did the "machinegun" 20 years ago, since then he's been celebrating appropriately...

That save on Beleskey was incredible. I'm a bit miffed that he didn't get a star.

TheStroker 02-02-2013 12:04 AM

Teamoo Salame

KEEROLE Vatanen 02-02-2013 12:05 AM

yeah it's easy to see why the wild are good if they get goaltending like that.....

Montanaheim 02-02-2013 12:05 AM

Those last two assists were beautiful - awesome Teemu

Ted Brautigan 02-02-2013 12:05 AM

It was a historic goal...its not like it was only a goal that tied the game to send it to overtime in only the 4th game of the season that has little value :sarcasm:

AngelDuck 02-02-2013 12:13 AM

8 points in 6 games...Legendary stuff. Wish the Ducks would get more national attention because Teemu deserves every bit of attention...he's that amazing

He had a hell of a game. I really felt he deserved to be one of the 3 stars.
