on the mic last night from The Shield Ambrose >>> Reigns > Rollins IMO. And Rollins was still good and came across well on the mic. |
i missed it last night.... and Really guys?
i was looking foward the shield promo that everyone here is going nuts for... even comparing who was better out of the three. and... boy you guys sure know how to disappoint people reading here. 2 sentences each. maybe 3 ambrose? worse hype ever. i understand that video is edited but thats what you;re showing me.... |

I do agree with Disclose, you guys did blow your load on that promo and it was very run of the mill. Short. Not bad, but not great. I know you Shield marks are starving for promo time, but you're given a crumb and act like it taste of filet mignon.
Did Maddox just see Dark Knight Rises for the first time? As some of you have said, Bane wants his promo delivery back. |
"not forcing me to like it" what are you talking about?? .
i said im disappointed in the promo, after reading the comments here. thats all. dont post it if you dont want us to criticize, either. i missed the show, wanted to see it. ... i was expecting something more than 10 seconds each on the mic. |

I'd like to think that the Shield wins the 6-man tag match to help put them over and continue their momentum, but I won't be surprised to see the 3 Cenas come out on top. It's not like losing the match will cost the babyfaces anything moving forward. Cena is in the WWE title match at Mania, Ryback is rumored to be the next MITB winner and Sheamus is rumored to be in the World title match as well. A Shield win at EC would be the best way to book everyone strong moving forward.
|
I really want them to do the match inside a chamber, but I doubt they will. I think they DO want The Shield to look strong and learned their lesson with Nexus. Inside a chamber, they'd lose. In a regular six man, they can pin Sheamus and come out on top.

I laughed when Lesnar threw those chairs at Miz... Poor guy
|
Final rating should be between 3.2 - 3.4. Raw averages 4.81 million viewers last night.
|
Nevermind. 3.56 rating for Raw. DAT BORK.

Roman Reigns definitely has the look of a Main Eventer.
|
|
That's an oversell. :sarcasm:
That would be fun to destroy MizTV's set. I can only imagine the talk backstage. "Alright Brock you're going to walk out there, throw around some furniture, beat up a guy and leave. Here's your pay." |
Ambrose says exactly what he needs to say on the mic, exactly the way it needs to be said. For a guy that doesn't have the evil monster heel Kane/Henry look and strength, he sounds legitimately sinister. But not uncontrollable schizoid crazy like his Jon Moxley stuff, like a controlled rage from a maniacal mastermind.
He doesn't sound like a wrestling villain, he sounds like a real life sociopath. Like, I should go double check I locked my doors tonight because Dean Ambrose might break in. He has that kind of cold, reptilian focus and knows exactly how to articulate it. |
Watched Raw for the first time in probably a decade last night. Loved the Punk/Jericho match.

Sinister was a good word to use, AT. I agree with you.
edit: The three mix very well. I never thought I'd love Reigns, but his battle cry and simplistic way on the mic works. He's a beast. And then.. in the ring, Rollins (Black) is so damn smooth. He just looks like he's been in a ring his entire life. The stage does not get to him. |
