Brendan Dillon Bizarre Goal

Anyone else catch that? Hopefully a YT up soon.

Shot from the point missed the net, bouncing straight up in the air somehow landing behind Dubnyk

Seachd 02-12-2013 09:49 PM

Goal of the Year.

dss97 02-12-2013 09:49 PM

Luckiest goal I've ever seen.

ResilientBeast 02-12-2013 09:50 PM

Weird goal

Seth Rollins 02-12-2013 09:51 PM

It was pretty odd, to be sure.

Muh 02-12-2013 09:51 PM

That was great.

Turned game on just in time to see that.

He meant to do that.

MetalGodAOD 02-12-2013 11:10 PM

Just like we drew it up. :sarcasm:

Dallas was very lucky to be tied in that game. Kari took care of the rest.

Joey Moss 02-12-2013 11:10 PM

Flukiest goal I've ever seen.

VinnyC 02-12-2013 11:14 PM

Nystrom's was weird too. Wrister from the point, goes off a body in front of the net, bounces off Dubnyk's mask, off the post and in.

CRSeven 02-12-2013 11:15 PM

Stars vs. Oilers games are always the weirdest games.

PensFan68 02-12-2013 11:25 PM

When the bounces aren't going you're way, they really don't. Great for Dillon, horrible for the Oilers.

FromTheSide 02-12-2013 11:31 PM

Would you believe this has happened before? (it might have been St.Louis) :biglaugh:

I remember Rucinsky scoring for the rangers the exact same way, I believe on Lalime AND it was an overtime winner.

kingsboy11 02-12-2013 11:32 PM

Well that was weird.

Yeah, he called glass. I heard it.

Pohlow 02-12-2013 11:56 PM

What a play by Dillon, a clear wizard. Way ahead of his time.

Samzilla 02-13-2013 12:00 AM

So used to seeing that kinduv crap happen to Luongo.

If his tires were more pumped; the puck might bounce off him better.

aemoreira1981 02-13-2013 12:07 AM

I feel bad for Dubnyk on that play...an absolute fluke.
