Let's go STARS!!! :yo:
|
Dallas Stars win. Tomahawk Steaks are named #1 Star.
|
C'mon Kari!
|
Everytime I look on the lineup in GDT I wonder when this **** experiment with black hole on 1st will end.
Oh wait, he scored twice last game.... It seems like Gully is capable of minor shifts with young players only:-(. Loui needs some push too. I hope Kari will play like Kari again. |
I expect an inspired effort on Jagr's birthday! :yo:
|
Good luck tonight and go Jags, Happy 41st! If Selanne can do it at 42, why can't Jagr?
|
Stars had better bring one of their best efforts of the season tonight or they're going to get run out of the building.
|
This game has scary bad written all over it. I don't remember a lot of good outcomes in Vancouver recently. Lehtonen better have a whale of a game. Though on the bright side the defense can't be much worse tonight can it?
|
Lehtonen hasn't done well against Vancouver historically. Schneider killed us even back when he was a prospect.
Hope they enjoyed that cake last night. |
This is going to be a blood bath.

3rd game in 4 nights. Have absolutely no faith this will turn out good. |
I am conflicted. My 2nd fav team is the Canucks... But I like Jagr, and have skipped watching some Canucks games in order to watch the Stars....
|
Ryan Kesler makes his return to action tonight for the Canucks. Scary to think that they are 8-2-2 without the presence of a 40 goal Selke winning center.

I think we pull off this miracle

Cheers. :) |
This will be my 2nd missed game of the year. flying from Ottawa to St. John's today, getting in super late..
Go Dallas Kari Lehtonens |
My last memory of playing against the Canucks is getting destroyed by them in Vancouver and it was also on a Friday night.
|
Reilly Smith is in the Top 6 per Heika. I imagine this is last opportunity to start producing before they consider sending him down to the AHL.
This is probably more of a move based on Ryder's play not being up to snuff than Smith forcing himself into the Top 6. Quote:

Don't get not playing Vincour at all. Interested to see how Reilly is with Roy and Lou.

Rousell over Vincour makes no sense. Whatever, won't matter.
Smith's been doing everything right but at some point he has to score too. Hope he has a big game. |
The Rousell/Vincour thing is why having a player like that on the team is so dangerous. The coach/fans will fall in love with him, just like they did with Ott, and they'll work their way into a permanent position and drag the team down over time.
