Hell yeah! Carter again! Boy is he paying off... Need more production and results earlier, but a good win nonetheless, and a good job of holding the Oilers to 1. Onto the next game... GO KINGS!

Regulation win! Lewis had a great game tonight.

damacles1156 02-20-2013 12:38 AM

2 points that's all that matters right now.

Bring on the next game.

JT8888 02-20-2013 12:38 AM

anyone else think Hall isnt that good?

Sydor25 02-20-2013 12:38 AM

Lewis with a great effort tonight.

Brown, Kopitar and doughty still need to score.

jml87 02-20-2013 12:38 AM

Thank goodness. Nerve wracking but two points is two points.

mbar 02-20-2013 12:39 AM

Wish Carter had slid across the ice on his backside after scoring the winner.

drugold 02-20-2013 12:39 AM

Keep calling the boys out sutty

SCARFACE909 02-20-2013 12:39 AM

Kings only won because the NHL wants hollywood in the playoffs and they clutch and grab all game. :sarcasm:

Muzzinga 02-20-2013 12:40 AM

Never in doubt

HansH 02-20-2013 12:40 AM

After tonight's action, the target for 8th place remains 52 points overall (to edge out the logjam at 51 points including Dallas, Detroit, and Minnesota).

With 34 games left and 38 points to get, the Kings' target record is now 19-15 (a percentage of .559).

I wish Stoll did it with the empty net, lol.

Team still has a ways to go but at least Quick looks like he's reined in his aggressiveness. He looks focused again.

Carter, Voynov, Scuds all strong. Glad to see Lewis and Fraser look good, hopefully it gives them some confidence.

damacles1156 02-20-2013 12:42 AM

Fraser had a really nice game.

No.

I will take him on the Kings in a New York minute.

Firenze 02-20-2013 12:43 AM

Glad to see Quick having a solid game, Bernier between the pipes tomorrow?

TwoForRoughing 02-20-2013 12:43 AM

Voynov with yet another strong game. What a steal.

No, hes the driving force of that team. Id take Hall or Eberle over any winger on the Kings, yes even Brown

Sybil227 02-20-2013 12:44 AM

Quick is back. Finally.

etherialone 02-20-2013 12:44 AM

We need to keep getting better but a win is a win.

I guess the Oilers will have to wait for that whole new dynasty thing or changing of the guard or whatever.

Thanks to the classy Oil fans that came in. Great young players and its only a matter of time before you guys are there easily.

We are still in it to win it so I hope we get to get back to playing the Oilers in the playoffs again soon.

bobafettish* 02-20-2013 12:44 AM

scuderit thought they outplayed them for most of the game wut????
