Who's Been Our Best All Around Player This Season?

I know Price is our best player but aside from him we are getting a whole team effort. Who has been the best in all aspects of the game for our team?

Coldplay 02-24-2013 10:59 AM

Tomas Plekanec, and I don't think there's any question, imo.

PricerStopDaPuck 02-24-2013 10:59 AM

Plekanec

I be will to lean towards Prust maybe. He has been filling his role very well no matter who he plays with

Love Prust but if he had been our best all-around player we would be 15th in the East again.

bang on

Plekanec. Diaz has also been impressive, still very underrated. I think his emergence as a top 4 d-man really filled a hole on the back end. He isn't the biggest guy and it is probably the only really limiting factor in his game, but he's been solid at both ends of the ice.

no contest pleks .... I would give eller some votes as well

overlords 02-24-2013 11:12 AM

Plleks ainec.

Pigems* 02-24-2013 11:12 AM

I guess I should have said Prust has played his role the best imo. It's hard to pick one player who has stood out when we've been getting such a team effort every night

Analyzer 02-24-2013 11:13 AM

All around ? As long as he's a hab, it will probably always be Plekanec.

I think not having Gomez around is a huge boost to the team. That and no Martin. He never really rewarded players. He stuck with the same old same old.

Pigems* 02-24-2013 11:16 AM

I know he's not a player but should MT get some all around credit here as well?

Teufelsdreck 02-24-2013 11:17 AM

Easily Plekanec.

Dagistitsyn 02-24-2013 11:18 AM

Plekanec. :yo:

Pigems* 02-24-2013 11:20 AM

I thought I'd see some love for Bourque here but none so far I'm surprised

Seb 02-24-2013 11:23 AM

Plekanec is the correct answer and he's been for a few seaons.

Captain Saku 02-24-2013 11:24 AM

More love to Plekanec

Pigems* 02-24-2013 11:26 AM

Even Subban could make a case for himself since he's been back he's been good in his own end and you just can't take the puck from him in the offensive zone

Crimson Skorpion 02-24-2013 11:31 AM

Easily Plekanec.

JLP 02-24-2013 11:32 AM

Plekanec !

Dr Gonzo 02-24-2013 11:32 AM

I'm going to buck the trend and say Plekanec...

I know eh yet he is on the third line still. It makes no sense to me.

charlie 02-24-2013 11:35 AM

If you look at every game Pleks for sure. Price had a couple stinkers but has been solid. Prust would be the only other player that comes close so far.......Look out cause here comes Cole.

Bourque has been good but not the best all-around.
