NEWS & NOTES

QUOTES TO NOTE

In the third, we came out better, we had some chances. We almost rallied.
We have to play like we did in the third, create some chances and stay positive.
We have to try to take some good things out of this game and we have to move forward.
- Marian Gaborik

With wins, you gain confidence. We were making plays and controlling the play for most of the game.
I thought our confidence was coming. Obviously, it has been lacking the past couple of games.
We’re not winning and not scoring enough but, tonight, I thought it was coming.
- Ryan Callahan

You have your injuries, you have the kids.
I’m really worried about that, putting them in a spot they’re just not ready for.
- John Tortorella

Heads Up: The GDT is work in progress.

WPGNYRFan 02-27-2013 10:27 PM

First! Rangers are going to crush this one, 6-1! LGR!

NYR Viper 02-27-2013 10:28 PM

Gonna be ugly.

Cmox 02-27-2013 10:31 PM

Stamkos with 14 assists on 20 of his goals.

nyrpassion 02-27-2013 10:31 PM

6-1 otl

Yeah, for the Bolts. ;)

Rangers Fail 02-27-2013 10:37 PM

They had better come out with buckets full of energy and sustain it that way. 5 losses will be unacceptable. Stamkos is guaranteed at least a goal. Other than that, please no running around in the defensive zone like last time. Hank has to be better than he was against Winnipeg.

Oh yeah, and Beaver and Gaborik need to play like they're worth their combined 19.5 million dollars in salary. Especially Beaver. I will punch my television if I see one more lazy turnover from this guy.

Hopefully Nash comes back and shows these guys what's up. And Cally with another monster game.

Killem Dafoe 02-27-2013 10:43 PM

8-2 Tampa. But Miller gets a goal.

JohnC 02-27-2013 10:46 PM

Kreider comes out of his funk and gets 6 points (3g 3a). Torts however does not approve of this "goal scoring" witch craft and sends him to the ECHL to work on his jam

M Gaz 02-27-2013 10:49 PM

12-11 Rangers. Bickel with the shootout winner.

Clowes Line 02-27-2013 10:49 PM

Garon again? wtf that's all three games.

silverfish 02-27-2013 10:54 PM

Simple. If Nash plays, the Rangers are going to win. If he doesn't, I have no faith.

Rangers were on that run right before the injury, Nash goes down, 4 games without a win and 1 point. Pitiful.

LGR

Rangers Fail 02-27-2013 10:57 PM

Wait, wait....

How the **** does Stamkos have 30 points already?

I'm not even sure anyone on our team reaches 30 points by the end of the season.

KingWantsCup 02-27-2013 11:01 PM

I know this team has a lot of problems but if they lose 5 in a row that's just shocking.

Giacomin 02-27-2013 11:04 PM

Time to get back on track!

Dactyl 02-27-2013 11:05 PM

come on rangers just dont **** up. is it really too much to ask?

Krampus 02-27-2013 11:12 PM

Stamkos finishes the game with 36 points, giving him 3 times as many as anyone on our team

Dangleberry 02-27-2013 11:20 PM

LGR :yo:

Maaxse 02-27-2013 11:30 PM

Let's end this dire month with a positive note.

Doctor King Schultz 02-27-2013 11:32 PM

Regulation win for the Rangers

broadwayblue 02-27-2013 11:33 PM

Please let Nash be back...really doesn't seem like we'll win a game without him.

I thought he already had 3X as many points as anyone on our team. lol It's depressing to know that no one on our team will probably even finish in the top 50 in scoring.

nevesis 02-27-2013 11:34 PM

Win the next two and our record doesn't look as bad at 10-8-2...keep it going from there.

Hopefully Nash, Del Zotto, and McDonagh are back for this one. Lord knows we need them...

mike14 02-28-2013 12:06 AM

5-2 rangers

NYSportsfan87 02-28-2013 12:08 AM

please just win...
