Videos (and now photos) from the Blue Jackets Inaugural Season

Was looking through a box of Blue Jackets items today and came across a CD that the team gave out. On the CD was a number of videos from the 2000-2001. The videos brought back a lot of memories of how fun that season was and how every game it seemed like history was being made. Mods feel free to move this if you don't think it should be its own thread.

That was fun, especially seeing the arena packed like that. I loved that team, didn't miss one single minute at home that season. I was hooked like never before.

Between the quality of the footage (everything being shot today in 720p or higher HD resolution anymore) and the amount of frizzy hair, you could have told me the CBJ were an 80's expansion team and I would have believed you.

It is amazing how much has changed in 13 years.

From the time of that last video, Green Day went from a band on the decline commercially and critically, to one of the biggest bands on the planet.

The Blue Jackets, I won't remind you what they've done in that same time.

The team has had some American Idiots of its own.

That is pretty cool stuff. I didn't get into hockey till 2005. So that is all "new" to me.
