Weird to think about.

Top Pair Imposter 04-02-2013 12:21 AM

Gonna end the streak

Taro Tsujimoto 04-02-2013 12:22 AM

Batman 4, Penguins 2

Zman5778 04-02-2013 12:28 AM

I got a feeling that this one is gonna leave a mark.

Top Pair Imposter 04-02-2013 12:32 AM

Adam must be thanking God for getting time with Hodgson

jBuds 04-02-2013 12:33 AM

Wynne!!! What?!?!?

4-3 Seighburs

Igginluh, Coonitsce, Mauhrouwe

Pahmynvil, Pissicque, Poarder, Partee

Alliteration aside, I think ill take my chances in the tournament.

Eh, Rolston might be done with Hodgson's demotion/discipline, who knows.

Shmuffalo 04-02-2013 12:50 AM

I don't know if it's the prospects of a high draft pick talking, but I'm hoping the Pens continue their streak.

In an intentionally contradictory way, I do.

I want to see them grasp for little things to salvage some pride. Take pride in the chance to end a massive win streak like the Pens'. Show some guts and play like you don't want to be dealt Wednesday. Play for your coach. Etcetera.

sabresfan129103 04-02-2013 01:46 AM

Don't be surprised if they troll us and win this game(I hope I'm wrong). I'm guessing a 4-1 Penguins victory.

Squantosawuss 04-02-2013 03:22 AM

Make no mistake about it, this game will be quite the exclamation point leading into the trade deadline...and it couldn't come at a more perfect time.

As much as fans have become accustomed to that classic troll by the Sabres, where they beat a team they have no business beating, this will not be a troll game. They are going to get drilled tonight by the Pens. Drilled.

This is their first game since Crosby went out, which means they will be determined to demonstrate that they have no intention of missing a beat in their play and their streak.

7-3 Pens.

Hmmmm....now that I think about it, it really sounds like a classic trap game...hmmmm...

Nah, 7-3 Pens.

I only care because it might be the last game in a Buffalo uniform for Pominville, who has been a great Sabre. I hope he pots a couple in a losing effort and rides off into the sunset.

dma0034 04-02-2013 03:46 AM

10-0 Sabres. Miller gets a shut out in his last game and Pominville scores 10 (all assisted by Hecht) :sarcasm:

Wisent42 04-02-2013 05:02 AM

This game doesn't need a GBU follow-up. It's just gonna be ugly. Marchand-ugly! :scared:

Duddy 04-02-2013 05:05 AM

sabres win

Adam with a double hattrick.

I hate that this is the only game I get to go to this year. Oh well. I'll cheer on the sabres loudly and hope that I don't have to see yet another loss. That and I am getting fkn tired hearing about how awesome the pens are...

PlamsUnlimited 04-02-2013 08:40 AM

Penguins? We lose 30 to nothing.

kirby11 04-02-2013 09:29 AM

I want them to play well in a losing effort (go draft position!)
But trolling the pens would be great...but we're not that good.
Hope Poms nets one

PlamsUnlimited 04-02-2013 09:31 AM

Can't cheer for the team to lose so I hope they win. 5-3

Wow. Obviously there a few nice veteran pieces there now, and players that should be nice in the future, but good lord. That's a tank lineup if I ever saw one. The Hecht/Hodgson swap and Adam callup was a nice touch.

PlamsUnlimited 04-02-2013 09:40 AM

So Vanek is MIA?

Paxon 04-02-2013 09:44 AM

If they only win 1 more game the rest of the season, this would be the amusing one for it to be. STREAKBUSTERS!!!
