How many Leafs Games are you planning to attend this year at ACC?

How many Toronto Maple Leafs games are you planning on attending this year at Air Canada Centre?.............How many did you go to last season?

ComrieFanatic 09-24-2003 01:16 PM

i already have two pairs of tickets, one against the Thrashers, and one against the Canucks...i may attend more, not sure yet

I went to three games last year

Douggy 09-24-2003 01:17 PM

0 and 0 respectively. I don't have the money to get there, and I don't have the money for a hotel. I imagine, if it came down to it, I would make ends meet on the actual game ticket though. ;)

Yesterday's edition of the local Hamilton Spectator had a half page Ad from the Buffalo Sabres trying to sell to the Hamilton market what they call "The 6-Pack"..........It's a package of 6-game tickets to Sabres games and 3 of those games are guaranteed to be Leafs games for as little as $126.00

Pinto 09-24-2003 01:51 PM

1 every year, i went in March last year and bought tickets from a sclaper, and me my dad and my bro sat 3 rows of the ice, it was amazing!! I even touched the game nets, surely after we sat in those seats, we could never go back

I've got tickets for two games right now. One's against the Flyers and the other is the Senators. I figure those should end up being pretty good games.

I always go to see the Leafs play in Buffalo once or twice a season as well. Tickets are easy to get and they're cheaper.

It's awesome. Half the crowd is Leaf and the other half is Sabre. There's always a few fights in the seats and the intensity is pretty high. Plus the people in the front rows are wearing hockey jerseys- not suits.

Oh and the Sabres and Senators are playing a preseason game in St.Catharines. I was thinking going down there just to talk trash to Alfredsson and Hossa. :D

20 at least.

Kaberle 15 09-24-2003 02:03 PM

I attended one game last year against buffalo. I have tickets for two games this year against Florida and Buffalo again. That is all I could find for this year unless I buy scalpers. How much are sabre leaf tickets in Buffalo?????

Ya I know what you mean about the fans in the front rows not wearing suits..............at least the fans in Buffalo stay for the entire game and don't start leaving halfway through the 3rd-period like they do at Air Canada Centre.

I have 2 tickets to the season opener and two gold seats for the second game of the year. I will be in Florida during Christmas and am planing to do go tot he Leafs/Panthers game on the 29th. I'll probably go to at least one other reg. season game.

That Florida trip should be alot of fun........even in Florida they have alot of Leafs supporters there.

syc 09-24-2003 04:04 PM

The Blues and Bruins.

Epoch 09-24-2003 04:12 PM

I only managed to see 2 games last season...

Bruins (October 21st) & Panthers (October 23rd)

The Leafs lost 4-1 both games!!!

Douggy 09-24-2003 04:32 PM

A friend of mine (who is a Pens fan, not Leafs) has seen them get shut-out every time he's gone!!

None. I can't afford to see the game live. I watch all the games on the tube and get to see Live hockey via my seasons tickets to Western Junior B Chatham Maroons. Who I might add are going all the way this year.

Dar 09-25-2003 04:46 AM

2 or 3 again this year, normally around my birthday and my friend's birthday we go down. Last year watched the Pens, Isles and Tampa. Also go down for the skills comp and the alumni game every year.

John Flyers Fan 09-25-2003 05:59 AM

I'm hoping to make a road trip up for the Flyers/Leafs game on January 17th.

I have season tickets to the Flyers, and get to about 30 games a year, plus all the playoff games.

ACC1224 09-25-2003 06:17 AM

as many as I want which translates to about 10....but all the playoff games!!!

NoamHemsky 09-25-2003 07:27 AM

I went to 10 games last year. Had some really sweet seats as well.Hopefullly I can go to more this year.

Is anyone planning on going to any Roadrunner games?

Snow 09-25-2003 07:39 AM

Me and my uncles (6 families in all) own one pair of seson tickets. We use a lottery to decide a picking order.

I got 3 Games:
Oct 11th vs Montreal (5th year in a row I got the home opener)
Feb 17th vs Philly
Mar 29th vs Atlanta (Final reg. season home game)
