The season sure does fly by quickly.

Big Poppa Puck 04-18-2013 08:57 AM

I'll take every higher seed except I'm going with Memphis to "upset" LAC.

Vamos Rafa 04-18-2013 03:39 PM

5 WC teams have better records than the 2nd seed in the East. Looking at the East playoff picture, it's not fair to see al the WC teams competing against each other.

Reality Check 04-18-2013 07:21 PM

It will be a more entertaining matchup but Houston really screwed themselves last night.

StringerBell 04-18-2013 07:38 PM

Really looking forward to the Denver-GS series. I would be mildly surprised if either team wins even one road game.

Clippers-Grizz could be good too, but it's an awful matchup for the Clips IMO. Their halfcourt offense will really struggle against Memphis's defense, and the Grizzlies' frontcourt will force Blake to spend more energy defending than he wants to.

I'm taking Spurs vs. Heat

Heat in 5

brendan 04-19-2013 08:51 PM

Golden State is my darkhorse along with Indiana

McOilbleeder 04-19-2013 10:04 PM

I can't see the Heat losing more than 3 games before the finals. The east doesn't impress me much.

Memphis is my darkhorse. A team with D like that in the playoffs could cause trouble in the playoffs.

Lets see if OKC can go back and try get revenge.

The Korean* 04-20-2013 10:20 AM

Going to both Knicks and Nets game today is definitely possible, which I found to be pretty sweet.

Starsfan24 04-20-2013 11:12 AM

Looking forward to Golden State-Denver.

Vamos Rafa 04-20-2013 12:57 PM

Why do the Lakers always start on Sundays regardless of their position in the playoff bracket? Last year, they were the 3rd seed and the 3-6 matchup started Sunday. This year's 3-6 matchup starts today (Denver and GSW).

Kershaw 04-20-2013 01:54 PM

Desmond Jennings is delusional lol.

Kershaw 04-20-2013 01:55 PM

Sorry, meant Brandon Jennings. That's why you don't watch baseball while posting in the NBA thread.

Power Man 04-20-2013 02:03 PM

ABC's intros

Muh 04-20-2013 02:08 PM

Melo coming out swinging.

Go Knicks!

I don't quite know how the Celtics have the lead after that first quarter, but they do

Definitely the one I'm most looking forward to see just from a basketball perspective. Should be great fun to watch.

Steve Kournianos 04-20-2013 03:19 PM

Celtics know how to move the ball around. The Knicks not so much.

Knicks have been an excellent 3rd quarter team this year. It's always been the quarter when they go on a run and set themselves up for a comfortable 4th.

Pierce is a notorious Knicks killer in the 4th, especially at MSG. If it's a close game heading into the 4th, I'm not comfortable if I'm a Knicks fan.

Avs_19 04-20-2013 04:28 PM

Avery Bradley might be really good defensively but he can't shoot or pass.

Hanta Yo 04-20-2013 04:32 PM

Knicks should be happy with that win. It didn't come pretty, but they're up 1-0. Knicks stepped up on D though in the 2nd half big time.

Starsfan24 04-20-2013 04:40 PM

Looking forward to this series.
