I had expected...

to once again vote for Taylor, and was stumped since he was taken.

Took Bahensky...not really sure why. Thought I read something real good about him recently, but perhaps that was Psurny. I dissed my boy Hollweg for some reason (I thought he was already picked) as I actually like him over Murray right about now. Add nobody...it's at that point.

Barnaby 06-01-2005 02:39 PM

Went with Petruzalek... I've heard some good things about him.. could be a sleeper.

Add Furrer, Roche...

Kovy274Hart 06-01-2005 02:42 PM

I voted Crabb. An underrated player.

Radek27 06-01-2005 03:21 PM

Voted for Helminen again............has the potential to be a dominant defensive foward.

Shadowtron 06-01-2005 03:43 PM

Man, I wish hockey were back. :shakehead

I feel lost right now. I know of Hollweg, I know of Helminen, Wiseman and a bunch of others, but those players I know only a little about (Bahensky, Petruzalek) sound like they have more potential.

I'm not voting this round for reasons of ignorance.

Might as well take a shot... most of us are pretty ignorant at this point ;)

I went with Hollweg, he have impressed much more on me then Helminen.

Something thats always mentioned about Helminen is his defensive game. I havent seen any of it. He looks like a fast guy that will backcheck but have yet to see that extra defensive awarness, positioning ect.

bmoak 06-01-2005 06:25 PM

Hollweg will almost certainly play in the NHL soon. Add Reese.

Taz 06-01-2005 06:31 PM

Helminem

Add falaradeau

007 06-01-2005 07:15 PM

Fine, I put in for Ryan Hollweg. I just like the guy, and if he turns out to be a Todd Harvey-type (though I hope he's spared further injuries), he would be a real contributor.

Add Ken Roche, please, and Philippe Furrer.

Onion Boy 06-01-2005 08:28 PM

Voted for Nasty Nate Guenin. I know I'm going a bit off the board, but I like everything I've heard about him. I should qualify by saying that I have never seen him play, not even once. Nevertheless, something tells me that he may not be that far behind Liffiton and Taylor. I believe Guenin is set to captain the Badgers next season.

Add Furrer.

Onion Boy 06-01-2005 08:31 PM

BTW, I find it surprising that Wiseman has slipped so far. He's put up good numbers in the AHL and I have him ranked right next to Giroux. It just so happens that I have them both rated much lower on my list. I just don't get why people think he's that much worse than Giroux.

BDubinskyNYR17* 06-01-2005 10:38 PM

Voted for Hollweg. He has 4th line material. Maybe he can be what Tootoo has been to the Preds. They play the same type of game. Add Roche.

Wow I cant belive that no one has voted for LW Mike Walsh. Im not that shocked. Reason im saying this is cause I remember Sam Rosen rav about him. I dont know what the fuss was. This guy had a bad year this year. At least he is young, but it looks like a bad pick.

Helminen is going to be a good player. I think everyone is down on him cause he didnt really make the Wolfpack lineup and instead was a call up/fill in player for them. Everything I read about him reminds me of Todd Marchant when he was property of the Rangers before they traded him to the Oilers................damn anyone remember who we got back in that trade? Tik?

"Hatless" Craig MacTavish.

I was at Marchant's one game as a Ranger. I swear I have never seen one player so much faster everyone else on the ice at the same time as him.
