Skating on frozen urine.

Starbuds 07-17-2013 02:22 PM

Without knowing what the surface is, I'd say it was some sort of rubber used for ball hockey.

FinRuutu 07-17-2013 02:22 PM

Yellow ice... well we all know how that happened.

Xav 07-17-2013 02:22 PM

As long as no one eats the snow off of it I see no problem with this.

The natural response to the blue ice in NHL 94 mode

No Fun Shogun 07-17-2013 02:25 PM

Over/under on how many rookies the team convinces to taste the lemonade-flavored ice?

Gentle Ben Kenobi 07-17-2013 02:26 PM

They should have called me. I would have peed on it for one quarter of the price of painting it

tantalum 07-17-2013 02:26 PM

In my rec league we play on pink ice every year for breast cancer awareness month (october??). One year it was pretty dark and it was hard to see the line markings but other than that it wasn't too big a deal. The the bottom of the boards are pretty much permanently stained light pink.

Richiebottles 07-17-2013 02:27 PM

um..., what was the problem with the "standard" white ice again? This is a solution looking for a problem.

Imagine the preds wearing their yellow jerseys on this colored ice.

Haha, entered the thread with the idea of saying something similar. Though with that color, there's not enough actual water in the diet, that or way too much yellow-coloring in the food.

Gwydyr 07-17-2013 02:53 PM

If someone snows the goalie, I'm sure he'll be pissed.
