Btw, thanks for keeping this going WTK.

Treb 07-18-2013 02:42 PM

Dumont, really hard choice on who to add, but I'll go with Cichy.

Chris Cutter 07-18-2013 02:47 PM

I'm gonna go with Ellis although it was a tough choice between him, Holland and Vail. Don't add Cichy :sarcasm:

Dagistitsyn 07-18-2013 02:59 PM

Dumont

Treb 07-18-2013 03:02 PM

Gotta love the guy who voted Trunev

AJMHABS 07-18-2013 03:15 PM

Going with Morgan Ellis.

Shawn Wilken 07-18-2013 03:34 PM

Vail, for either a 4th or 5th straight turn. Lost count.

Shutdown 07-18-2013 03:48 PM

Ellis. Again.

Don't add Cichy.

No problem, I enjoy it!

Once the top 20 are ranked, we'll do multi-choice polls to have every one ranked.

True enough!

These polls are a good indication of the depth of the Habs' prospect pool. There are players that will be in the 20's who may well play in the NHL. Look at Dumont...not even in the top 18, and has already played in the NHL. That's encouraging.

If you had to personally rank Ellis, Pateryn and Thrower how would that look and how big of a gap is there between each guy?

In the order you've listed them. Close though...

Since we've already got you here, I was wondering if you'd be able to share your thoughts on Nystrom. He seemed to impress at the dev camp and I've always wondered if it's possible he turns into a dark horse prospect for us.

Vail !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GeneralMarky79 07-18-2013 04:33 PM

the thing that confuses me is why ellis would be 18 in the first place. he should be in mac bennetts spot

MD thaivuN 07-18-2013 04:33 PM

Joonas Naatinen, add future first overall pick in 2015 :sarcasm:

malton 07-18-2013 04:42 PM

No PEI bias right? Bennett has more potential, although we shouldn't look at Ellis being ranked low as a bad thing. If anything it just shows how deep our prospect pool is.

NH57 07-18-2013 05:22 PM

Tough choice between Ellis and Thrower. Went with Ellis because he's more NHL ready than Thrower.

NLHabsFan 07-18-2013 05:26 PM

Ellis for me. I like him as a prospect, so it's good depth when he is so low.

Habs Icing 07-18-2013 05:40 PM

I know they were signed by the Dogs but why aren't McAuley & Duffy considered as prospects?

BigDaddyLurch 07-18-2013 05:43 PM

Went with Ellis...wanted soooo badly to vote Crisp...
