This should be an easier vote than #15. Parayko.

3 posts and #15 seems already obvious but I keep my Euro glasses on and go with captain Suomi.

Definitely between Parayko and Lindbohm for me. Both seem like similar players to me but I'm more familiar with Parayko and he's already in N.A. so he gets the edge from me.

After those two, things get a little more cloudy IMO. Probably Tesink next followed by Gardiner, Beach, Andronov and Wannstrom but those guys could go in any order really.

Lindbohm for me. Then Beach, Parayko, Tesink, and Gardiner.

At what point does Pochiro get votes? He seems to fit in with the Tesink type of players.

I would put Pochiro a bit after Tesink at this point (although I am a bit concerned about Tesink's knee injury) but I do agree that Pochiro as well as guys like Walters and Tremblay should be added to the polls soon for those that want to vote for those guys.

really have no idea how Lindbohm is still on the board through 16 rounds of this. There are at least 5 guys already voted in who I'd have him ahead of, including the guy winning this poll. I get that he's a Finnish prospect, and a lot of times it's 'out of sight out of mind', but his success in a pro-league and his continued development is way more impressive than some junior-league success.

I went Lindbohm, then Parayko is next.

EastonBlues22 08-30-2013 03:20 AM

This ended up being a runaway, but it should have been closer with Lindbohm IMO. There's little separation between the two for me.

Poll #17 is up.
