Thought it was time for a new thread. :)

I didn't include the guys heading to Hamilton. As usual, for those prospects please use the Hamilton/Wheeling sticky.

Wow Collberg is pretty terrible, why all this hype for him over here? 20 points in 112 games in Sweden/Hamilton, just curious...

Team_Spirit 11-09-2013 03:56 PM

He was bad at camp too.

Uh, three points for Collberg in today's 4-3 win for Sweden in the Four Nations Cup.

WeThreeKings 11-09-2013 05:14 PM

Guys how come insert prospect sucks??? I looked at his hockey db page and its clear he sucks.. Why don't we trade them for Pierre leblond

While I do think we have a bunch of prospects better than Collberg, the timing is funny.

Mathletic 11-09-2013 05:58 PM

Reading the Knights board is a bit like reading a Desharnais thread but with McCarron's name instead

PricerStopDaPuck 11-09-2013 07:13 PM

Disapointing start of the year for mccarron and bozon. How's de la rose doing ?

FazChenyuk 11-09-2013 07:46 PM

Just because COllberg did bad as a 19 y.o in an nhl camp means he sucks? Only in Montreal.... by the way he had 3 assists today. Mccaron on the other hand should really do better. I like our D corps prospects.

Nicko999 11-09-2013 07:57 PM

Martin Reway had 3 pts tonight (2 goals and 1 assist)... Hudon with 2 goals as well.

Vi Nc E x13x 11-09-2013 08:07 PM

You cant judge collberg on stats ... I dunno about this year but last 2 season in Sweden he was playing like 5mins a game

Yes he did have a bad camp but he needs to fill out alot and play few years in AHL

NewHabsEra* 11-09-2013 08:24 PM

2 goals 2 assists for Reway in a 4-3 win over Charlottown

Nicko999 11-09-2013 09:38 PM

1.29 PPG for Reway right now.

Mathletic 11-09-2013 11:58 PM

Though I'd say he was just as good/meh/bad as Christian Thomas during pre-season, which is not too bad in terms of where he is in his development.

Episode #2 – Sunday, November 10, 2013

I dunno, but that was published a month ago...

While this is rather new:
"Episode 2 airs November 17th at 9pm ET on Sportsnet 360."

oh ok, wasn't aware of that. It also says on my tv programming that it was supposed to air tonight

It seems this year there's Gregoire who is exceeding expectations...and there's everybody else. One example:

GP MIN GAA SAVE %
Fucale 19 1109:09 2.81 0.887

Not exactly Team Canada stats.

I'm not sure why we gave Fucale an ELC. He wasn't even good at training camp. Not sure I like the new Bergevin motto of signing prospects within a year of being drafted who haven't earned contracts. Ones like Bozon, Fucale and Hudon could already be looking bad. Everyone who's not a first rounder should have to go through what Dalton Thrower is going through.

Roz 11-10-2013 09:47 AM

Fucale was hardly lights out in the first half of last season either, only nobody really noticed because of who he had in front of him.

I'll take the sub-900 numbers in November when they're followed up by .940 in May, lol. He's sort of the anti-Fleury in that regard. I remember watching Marc-Andre Fleury as a Screaming Eagle steal game after game after game in the regular season only to flame out in the playoffs. Fucale's done the opposite: He's played two full seasons in the Q and gone on two very deep playoff runs where his play got better and better the further they got into spring.

He was in the top 4 in the Q in save percentage like 2 and half weeks ago. His stats have taken hit during this slump, but as a Mooseheads fan I'll happily take a "slump" where my goaltender still does enough to win 4 of 6 games he's started. :P

I think someone said on here his family isn't very wealthy, so they might have needed the money idk.

@MikeGT79 So what's Tim Bozon's excuse in Kootenay? Doesn't fit well there either? Just admit you suck already! #Kamloops #WHL

@JerBosch @blazerhockey #Kamloops #WHL Maybe Bozon can't play unless he has 2 Allstar players in Lipon and Smith playing along side him !

At least he has a sense of humor about it. But hockey fans can be jerks sometimes.

Nicko999 11-10-2013 03:29 PM

2 more pts for Reway... I think he is our best prospect from the 2013 draft.
