Organization Swap

How many NHL teams would you be willing to trade the Preds for? I'm talking everything except fanbase, location, ownership, and arena (so roster, coaches, front office, scouts, etc.) Mostly, this is about which teams have better rosters than us, but also factoring in the coaching staff and front office. For me:

Would trade for:

Anaheim
Boston
Carolina
Chicago
Colorado
Columbus (very close)
Detroit
LA
Minnesota
Montreal
Rangers
Ottawa
Philadelphia (Holmgren would be entertaining at least)
Phoenix
Penguins
Sharks
Blues
Lightning
Maple Leafs (very close)
Canucks
Captials

Would not trade for:

Buffalo
Calgary
Dallas (very close)
Edmonton
Florida (young players make it very close)
New Jersey
Islanders
Winnipeg

So I have us ranked as the #22 team as far as players+staff go. Not good....

You're joking, right?

Considering that at the end of the day we've still made the playoffs the last 7 of 9 years, I wouldn't trade for a whole lot of them. That doesn't happen by accident.

I really like the players and am still one of those rare Trotz / Poile fans. I wouldn't trade them for anyone.

No? Let's take a look at our core vs. some other cores.

Nashville: Weber, Rinne, Jones, Josi, Wilson, Smith, Fisher, Hornqvist, Klein

Carolina: Staal, Staal, Skinner, Semin, Faulk, Lindholm, ward
Colorado: Duchene, Landeskog, Mackinnon, ROR, EJ, Varlamov, Barrie
Columbus: Gaborik, Bobrovski, Anisimov, JJ, Tyutin, Murray...ok maybe not this.
Minnesota: Suter, Parise, Koivu, Pomminville, Brodin, Granlund, Dumba, Coyle,
Montreal: Subban, Markov, Paciorrety, Price, Eller, Gallagher, Plekanec, Galchenyuk, Tinordi, Gorges
Philadelphia: Giroux, Voracek, Couturier, Simmonds, Lecavalier, Schenn, Schenn, Coburn, Hartnell,
Phoenix: OEL, Yandle, Ribiero, Doan, Vrbata, Smith, Rundblad, GormleyTIPPET, MALONEY
Lightning: Stamkos, St. Louis, Drouin, Hedman, Bishop, Flippula (The top 4 give them the edge IMO, but close)
Maple Leafs: Kessel, Lupul, JVR, Kadri, Phaneuf, Gardiner, Reilly, Kulemin
Captials: Ovechkin, Backstrom, Alzner, Green, Karlsson, Mojo, Grabovski,

A few are close, but I would probably switch with any of them. I see where you disagree on some.

It's not about sentiment, I'm just saying what organizations are in better shape, essentially.

I would switch with buffalo. They will be exciting in the future

This states how I feel. Trading for Detroit, Boston or maybe NJ would be a step up.

Columbus or the Leafs? Are you kidding Top 6?:shakehead

Maybe overreacting just a tad? Y'all are still ahead of us in the standings.

Ryan Johansen, Nathan Horton, and Brandon Dubinsky would all merit mention before Anisimov, although we like Arty quite a lot as well.

Also, your Nashville list seems to be missing Forsberg.
