I voted for Krahn. Don't forget about Ryan Donnally (sp)

ForeignFlame 10-05-2003 07:33 PM

Voted for Krahn. He's just ahead of Lombardi IMO. It's starting to get a little harder, as my previous selection were all pretty straight forward. Not knowing much about the Russians tends to hurt them in my reckoning also.

kruezer 10-05-2003 08:03 PM

I went with Ramholt, add McElhinney.

evman150* 10-05-2003 08:46 PM

Andrei Medvedev.

Add Zoolander.

Who said he wasn't? He wouldn't make my top 8 prospects but we could probably vote to add him at some point here.

Tough choice between Krahn and Ramholt. I'd go with Krahn, slightly.

Add Thomas Bellemere.

Before you laugh and scoff at me, consider this: He's the first legitimate heavyweight drafted by the team in years, he's holding his own near the top in the QMJHL, and Sutter sees a need for players of his ilk. Enough so to draft and cultivate a home-grown.

I think he has a chance of making the squad and making an impact in the forseeable future

I don't disagree but that doesn't mean he's anywhere near the top 10 prospects in terms of upside or likelihood of making the NHL. I couldn't possibly see how anyone could stick him in their top 12-15.
