am I crazy?

I've got a idea of Leaf lines and I want some opinions to see if I still have my head secure on my shoulders. I've decided to put Mats back on the wing and put in...get this....Robert Reichel as the #1 centre. I figure this would be a good idea becasue we all know Robert is cablable of scoring and putting up points but perhaps his confidence is down and maybe if he was set up for a few then he may find that offensive flare he once had, at least to some degree. And well all know he's a good passer, so maybe with Alex too. K, here goes!

Sundin - Reichel - Mogilny
- 2 superstars and one that can ride their coat tales and we know the points will come, unless your name is Hoglund.

Tucker - Niewy - Roberts
- Although they haven't done that much so far, it's only 2 games in, I think this will be a good, responsible line, with some serious determination.

Renberg - Antropov - Nolan
- It's too bad to see these guys together but we're a deep team and we konw Quinn likes to share the time. Renberg has been playing well as of late as well.

Domi - Fitz - Belak
- 2 guys who love to play rough and one that is a great 2 way player, pretty decent 4th line

or perhaps if they were to just TRY this one for 2-3 games
Stajan - Reichel - Sundin
Tucker - Niewy - Roberts
Mogilny - Antropov - Nolan
Domi - Fitz - Renberg

Those lines may surprise as well. I just thougth that Mats would be better suited on the wing, apprently he's naturally a winger.

What do you think? See subject

I like it. A LOT.

(is that a good thing or a bad thing ?)

Reichel is fine where he is. You put him on the top line and the opposition starts keying on him more, and thats when he becomes ineffective. He has awesome chemistry with Tie Domi and was responsible for his career year last season. Put those two together with a Fitzgerald on the side, and you have yourself a good energy line.

The lines Quinn is using now are fine with me. They deserve a chance to succeed. If at 10 games in, they aren't working, then you might try and put Mogilny back with Sundin, and Nolan with Antropov.

reichel is washed up
he's an adequate checking line center

Reichel would have been our ideal #1 center.

In 1994.

I've always thought Sundin was better suited on his off wing where he scored 100 plus points..........how bout antro centering sundin!

Not even. Sundin and Nieuwendyk would have kicked some serious ass..
