oK, well..I fell dirty for posting on that other GTD now realizing it was made by a Ranger fan. Anyway, i still think its gonna be a good game, really intense hopfully. Im expectinga lot of effort from everyone in the line up. Hopfully Nitty has a great game! LETS GO FLYERS :yo:

Is nitty starting or esche? :dunno:

TheKingPin 03-02-2006 11:56 AM

Couple of things I believe that Nitty is in tonigh, and Jagr is out. Weeks is supposed to be starting though they are giving Lundquist the night off.

Big one here tongiht  LETS GO FLYERS

Why... why.... WHY must they pity us so?

swflyers8* 03-02-2006 01:19 PM

Looks like Esche in net, Niitty still has the flu.

FlyersHomer DM03 03-02-2006 01:29 PM

Typical Flyer luck, The Rangers' first game after the olympic game, and we're coming off a tough game in Jersey.

Philadelphia 3 (Nedved, Richards, Savage in OT)
NY Rangers 2 (Straka, Sykora)

...with no injuries suffered last night, we suffer the inevitable tonight as during the celebration after Savage's OT goal, Mike Rathje, Mike Knuble, and Mike Richards all suffer season ending injuries. Eric Desjardins will break his arm playing catch with his kid (again) tomorrow. Also lost for the season, Steve Coates.

Argh! I took the day off tomorrow so i wouldnt be a zombie going to work. Love the Flyers but i wanted Lundqvist in G for the Rangers. Ah well, go Peter! And Frank!

Note to Hitchcock: Give me a win tonight or I'll push Robert Esche down stairs. Goalie controversy solved.

Telecaster Fanatic 03-02-2006 02:09 PM

I predict R.J with the GW in this one.

has anyone from the coaching staff said why Ready is playing ahead of Eager? He doesn't bring anyhting more to the table than Eager IMO, actually he brings less. Eager is a better hit, more physical. Any one want to shed any insight please do.

I thought Ready had a good couple of games, last night and the game before the break. He is a hard worker, hits guys and picks the right time to do it. Eager sometimes took a dumb penalty at the worst time, that won't fly with Hitch.

i thougth he played smart and I don't recall him taking any dumg penalties at all. Which was suprising

Fortunately, both **** and lick have the same number of letters as dick and suck. No Brokeback Mountaineer here, NTTAWWT.
