GKJ 03-21-2006 07:18 AM

Win.

cycle_it 03-21-2006 08:15 AM

i expect the devils to come out strong after that beat down on sunday.... but! if the guys play like they did on saturday then i think we'll be good to go.

Lupul* 03-21-2006 08:23 AM

5-2 Flyers, Carter notches at least one.

anyone else excited to see the new/complete lines
keep umberger carter and dimitrakos together....rest is fair game.

GO FLYERS :yo:

GKJ 03-21-2006 08:53 AM

new lines?

You mean Hitchcock is going to change his lines?

:sarcasm:

In all seriousness, it's either time to change that line, or tell Forsberg he needs to shoot the puck. I think everyone caught on to the whole Forsberg to Gagne or Knuble idea.

Agreed. They seem to be lacking. They used to be no look connecting passes, now they just get turned over. Maybe Richards Forsberg Gagne? or Nedved Forsberg Gagne?....There are just so many possiblities. :) :handclap:

Also we need to work on not taking dumb *** penalties tonight. Because if we do against the Rangers or Sens, or anyone in the playoffs we will regret it. Just keep the stick down. And when a man has you beat (Brashear) let him go I garuntee that a little tug wont do a damn thing but get you a penalty

GKJ 03-21-2006 09:03 AM

I would split up Forsberg and Gagne completely

chthonic 03-21-2006 09:09 AM

forsberg needs to take more shots. and actually hit the net with them. he'll get some goals and then gagne will open back up for those pretty one timers.

Where do you put them then?
I was going to give some thoughts but im really not sure. You would have to make suer that you are getting proper use out of Forsberg and Gagne.

Lupul* 03-21-2006 09:17 AM

Forsberg-Carter-Knuble
Nedved-Richards-Gagne

...or would that just be too awkward? :dunno:

Viberg 03-21-2006 09:19 AM

I think Gagne - Forsberg - Handzus would be a heck of a line.... :handclap:

RoDu 03-21-2006 09:21 AM

I want to see Nitty with a strong game tonight, so we can put a stop to the revolving door in net. Someone has to step up and declare that they'll be the starter. Neither Esche or Nitty has. They'll put a good game together with a weaker one

Vikke 03-21-2006 09:21 AM

Gagne will score twice or thrice

bennysflyers16 03-21-2006 10:03 AM

We need to win 2 in a row, would get us in a good position.

Roger's Pancreas* 03-21-2006 10:51 AM

And thankfully Carter will be back on the bench. :sarcasm:

GoneFullHextall 03-21-2006 11:56 AM

Carter is not ready for first line duty. IMO

Kevin Danko 03-21-2006 11:58 AM

Tonight is going to be special...ever since i was 2 years old I have been watching Flyers Hockey, we have had somewhat of a tradition in the house to eat pizza from this one specific resteraunt and watch the flyers on tv.....kinda wierd i know.

The resteraunt shut down during the lockout and i drove by it last nite and saw a sign that said, "were back"

So heres to a victory.
