he needs to go on a tear in the playoffs...his being out with minor injuries during a tough division race has really hurt the team...in my eyes, he has some making up to do

Because I don't want to look it up, what is the earliest exit Forsberg has ever made from the playoffs?

WHEN the Flyers lose in the first round ( :sarcasm: ) will it be his first ever opening round exit?

First round, three times, most recent 2003.

Hm, didn't know that. I thought Colorado advanced further than that nearly every year. Guess I was wrong!

Peter Forsberg takes his game to a whole new level in the playoffs. I am sure he will be a force once again.

Nope, we got into second round in 2003/2004. Forsberg had two points a game in the first series against Dallas.

One first round loss in 2002/2003. Twice Western Conference final in 2000/2001 ( Cup year) and 2001/2002 ( loss against Detroit).
That is our last four years in the playoff history :)
Peter will do damage in the playoff, provided the rest of the team are up the spirit
