He hasn't been amazing; the Canadiens just haven't had many good shots on him.

That's a very interesting way to look at it. I for one am voting that it's a combination of the two ;) :)

Seriously, if they end up playing the Devils, Gerber will be back in nets by Game 3.

#44_delivers 05-01-2006 06:10 PM

i think he'll break down and stop over achieving, hopefully for our sak he'll do this sooner rather than later.

digitalmonkey* 05-01-2006 06:15 PM

Ward hasn't been that great. He's been adequate. The Canadiens need to get some traffic to the net and get the point shots on net. The Canes could have "Red Light" Racicot in net and still be up 3-2.

Dobermann 05-01-2006 06:34 PM

You could all get recorders and play the "brown noise".

Of course, that would give EVERYBODY diarrhea.........

Roots73 05-01-2006 06:37 PM

Is it just me or does this guy remind you of Garth Snow...

... or some other lacrosse goalies that you might know? :dunno:

Look at their shoulder pads! I believe that Ward is using illegal equipment.

cjbhab 05-01-2006 06:49 PM

bell centre workers should put Ultra-Lax in all of the hurricanes water bottles prior to gametime. lol

Teufelsdreck 05-01-2006 06:58 PM

Nah, Ward is too psyched. He'd play even with a full load in his pants. I pity the Hurricanes' poor assistant equipment manager, though.

Well, someone has already put kryptonite in "stronger" Ribeiro's water bottle. Funny, I can't blame Carolina for this, because the identical thing happened in the 2004 playoffs against both Boston and Tampa Bay.

So, I turn on the computer confident that diarrhea won't be a topic, but nooooo.

mitchmagic 05-01-2006 07:08 PM

Well, all I know is that he came out of no where to stop Ribeiros open net.

If we lose... which we wont, he will be the reason why.

Mythbusters is the best show on TV.

Well, one of... South Park is great, too, but not as great.

DaveG 05-01-2006 08:22 PM

mythbusters vs South Park, now there's a debate for the ages.
