Q: Can you take Zed with you? :teach:

Big surprise that he puts up his best offensive season and shows some selfishness in a contract year.

Shabutie 05-04-2006 12:10 PM

Too bad I thought he was a great 3rd liner, but if he wants to be top 6...he can walk.

Pretty much.

Live Forever 05-04-2006 12:16 PM

I say Philly will snatch him...They remember his 4 goal performance

Jeffrey 05-04-2006 12:17 PM

thank god !

joepaco 05-04-2006 12:19 PM

Good Riddance

habfan4 05-04-2006 12:20 PM

Seems I composed far too many posts defending Bulis during this past season, I always looked at him as a team player who knew his role (3rd line & PK). If he's foolish enough to think that a decent season lock out season in Pardubice and a 20 goal season tranforms him into a 1st liner then good riddance.

Namso 05-04-2006 12:22 PM

I dont' blame bulis at all. I would do the same thing. Remember bulis was born in Czech not in mtl, he has not childhood connection to the habs, so of course he will go for the money. So would most of u.

Good luck wherever u find a home bulis.

korky00 05-04-2006 12:24 PM

ohh thats a sad day in Montreal...we do lose a great player... :shakehead

wait...is bulis number 27??? :biglaugh:

good ridance..leave place for Kost

Kerberos* 05-04-2006 12:26 PM

does that mean he won't play tonight for game 7?

Tuggy 05-04-2006 12:28 PM

I'll be sad to see him go as he was one of my favorite Habs. But he was so useless over the last 1 month or so that I'm kinda happy he's going.

sXe 05-04-2006 12:29 PM

Dime-a-dozen player like Kilger before him.

But Kilger was better than Gretzky. :sarcasm:

well that is good, he leaves space for more youngsters to move in. i found him to be a good player, and i wish him the best. i just wish we never gave up Zubrus in that trade. i liked him and i was not happy when they traded him. he was big and had some good potential.

eddy 05-04-2006 12:35 PM

I liked Bulis thought he was a great 3rd liner but I saw it comming, oh well more than replaceable I suppose.

GoodKiwi 05-04-2006 12:36 PM

He wasn't bad for 1mil he was making...

In the words of N'Sync....

BYE, BYE, BYE!!! :D

But seriously, who would've believed that after we said, with some truth, that we killed the Caps in that trade, that there's a strong possiblity that Bulis and Zednik will be gone while Zubrus would still be there and had a good season this year (by his standards)

But we still have Perez from that trade so it's still a good one!!! :yo:

Quoting N'Sync: what has this world come to...

Team_Spirit 05-04-2006 12:49 PM

When he loss his spot on the PK it was obivious that he was on the way out . He was brutal on the PP and i dont understand why they didn't use Perezhogin .

Someone talked about how his transition game and play along the boards are horrible and that with the new rules he had some problem being effective .

Phil Parent 05-04-2006 01:03 PM

Finally, no more Gray Alien with the Habs!

Now I can talk down Bulis because he's no longer an Hab! YEA!

hab 05-04-2006 01:10 PM

a great third liner, unfortunately he did not want to be a third liner. better luck

eleswhere....
