Julien has change his mind (Perrault)

on RDS they said that Perrault will play and Hossa will sit...a dumb decision...

RichardZednik#20 11-11-2003 01:05 PM

WHHHYYY?

Vicious 11-11-2003 01:06 PM

Yeah, I just heard on sports 30 too... Thats a horrible move, imo. Hossa played just fine in the two games against the Sabres. The 'Kid Line' was great... A big meh @ this move.

Wildbeliefs 11-11-2003 01:07 PM

you CANNOT tell me that audette has played better than hossa... wtf...

are the habs expecting too much from hossa?

Well, Audette scored a goal. I guess that makes him a better player or something.. Down with this. Thats what RDS is *****ing about.. Hossa scoring only one goal in the season.

all i can say is... meh...

Habsolument 11-11-2003 01:20 PM

what a bad move

gohabsgo2010 11-11-2003 01:22 PM

Well...Hopefully "Panic Yanic" just gives the coaching staff yet another reason for him to sit. I'm willing to bet that his ice time in the third period will mirror Darren Langdon's.

Worst case scenario would be Yanic scoring a goal, as it would give Julien a reason for him to play. As much as I hate to say this, everyone cross your fingers and hope for a scoreless night from #94.

This is down right disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!http://www.hfboards.com/images/smilies/angryfire.gif

goalchenyuk 11-11-2003 01:28 PM

agree , bad move

and it's going to be even worse because , once again ,we are going to be force to read the eternal speech from Plekanec against Perreault... he's not good enought to crack the ahl...

komisakick ass 11-11-2003 01:30 PM

I agree with everybody that say that Hossa should play instead of Audette

 BAD MOVE

How aout this:

Gainey mind is clear, Perreault is out what so ever happen. Scouts in the stand and Perreault goes for a big night along with Ribeiro and Ryder(if this is his linemates, not sure) and the teams fight for getting Perreault :D . I hate to say it because he is not that bad, but his style of play does not help our team to devellope.

doc lafleur 11-11-2003 01:39 PM

Maybe he is in for a reason, only BG Knows!

doc lafleur 11-11-2003 01:42 PM

I think Milbury in Town :joker:

Playr050 11-11-2003 01:44 PM

If scouts are watching, better it be at home where he shows up 85% of the time, than on the road.

Demers talked about that possibilty. He says tehre were interest in Yanic Perrault from tems who need help pn the powerplay. He said Perreault is interesting because he becomes an UFA this year with alredy 5 goals scored.

Breenger 11-11-2003 01:51 PM

Does anyone know where he'll play? Maybe he will directly take hossa's spot giving a line of Perrault-Ribero-Ryder, though I'd prefer it if he rode the bench the entire time the team is at even striength. Well... at least he'll help the power play.

After all these years. I think that every GM knows that Perreault is better at home.

NJ is suppost to be looking very hard at Perreault to solve their center problems, I am willing to bet NJ scouts are at the game.

PLEASE TAKE HIM!

Yeah, he'd be great. I mean he's so great defensively and wins most of the faceoffs he takes. He hustles back and is really concerned about his own zone.

Oh yeah... you're not the one dealing for him, neither am I...

Nobody can change Perreault but Perreault himself. I strongly doubt Burns could do anything about his slow skating, bad work ethic and lack of overall skills.

Gomez anyone?

just kidding...

Hossa's been solid this season, but we need that kid to score some damn goals. So I'm guessing this is part of the reasoning for him being benched for a game. That, and to showcase Yanic so we can deal him and Audette the hell out of here.
