Floorball Equipment

Does anybody know where I can get some floorball equipment? I've tried search engines, but I think it would work better if I knew Swedish or Finish or a language whose native speakers actualy play the game

If ya don't know....

I play floorball myself when it's too cold for soccer and there's no ice for hockey.
Stickhandling and agility are more important in floorball than hockey, because the rules don't allow physical contact almost at all. That lack of physical play makes it a little bit "sissy game" I think... ;) You can imagine that it's frustrating to play floorball after about 5 months of daily hockey playing and especially when you are used to play physically.

But it's a nice game if you can handle the stick well and if you don't need your whole body strenght "to play your game".

On another board a poster ripped floorball for not being physical, but then said they were psyched for their softball league....Go fig.

Depends on what you mean by being sissy. Floorball is twice as dangerous to play as hockey when it comes to the amount of injuries. Thus, there's virtually no contact allowed in the lower leves as most players can't control their bodies well enough to avoid being hurt.

At the top level, however, the game is getting more and more physical each year.

Here's another site with floorball equipment, and this one has a wider selection of products, more brands to chose from etc.
