Skate Recommendations
I have been using missions but now I would like to try a different skate. I'm looking at either grafs or the vapor xxx's. Can anyone tell me their experiences with either type of skate and maybe recommend one or the other? I would probably prefer the vapors except i'm still relatively young(17) and i'm not sure if my feet will keep growing and the vapors are more expensive.

I used to wear graf's and they are good if you have wide feet. However after moving to Easton's the Graf's seem kinda heavy.

I don't have any experience with Vapors but I can recommend graf. they are made well.

From what I understand the vapor xxx may be a little too much for you, I don't know. Unless you are a very large and experienced player, I heard that some people are never able to really break them in.

Check this link. There are several skate reviews at the bottom of the page.

The 705's are wider then the 703's. The outside the 705 has smooth leather side panels, the 703 turn that piece around to give it a suede look.

Graf's are nice skates if they fit you. I have 703's and they held up great, but weren't really the most comfortable skate. I bought new skates a few weeks ago and came to the conclusion that my 703's are probably a little to narrow for me and thats why they were uncomfortable.

Do NOT buy a Graf without trying them on. Each model fits differently.

Vapor's break down really fast.
