I am not singling him out. That is true that the whole team is not putting up points, its just he is not going to improve on the 4th line.

He only spent a couple games...

on a fourth line. Think he got a goal (on the PP) in one of those games. Carter's a streaky player. When he's not on, you don't even know he's there.

this is how he was edmoton, when he was on it was good, but when he isn't he really is just about useless out there.
