Why is Plekanec sloted for future third liner??

he pretty much made habs if it wasn't for big contracts we have, and has already played in men league back home, had very good rookie season last year, and is dominant this year, so why is he not rated to become top six forward, he's got grit, skill, and doesn't have many flaws to his game so why is he under rated, right now he is the most ready prospect for habs!!!

Everybody says that he is a steal. He looks like Bouillon. Same shape. If he plays well defensively, he can easily replace Dackell.

And who think he's going to be a 3rd liner? I've always heard everybody that followed him relatively closely (including me) think of him as a good 2nd line center. Basically the same kind of player Ribeiro is (a very good playmaker with silky soft hands) but an upgrade both in the speed and strenght department. He would be my choice over Ribeiro, but if they want to keep Ribeiro, could still be a pretty good 3rd offensive center. I'd like to see him in Montreal right now as I think he's ready, same goes for Higgins.

Here's the lineup I'd like us to use for the rest of the season, which might not get us into the playoffs, but would provide some damn interesting hockey while the kids gain NHL experience:

Bulis - Koivu - Zednik
Hossa - Ribeiro - Ryder
Higgins - Plekanec/Juneau - Sundstrom
Langdon - Begin - Kilger

Of course this would imply we shed some dead weight first.

Plekanec will play the wing in the NHL. His game looks very much like Kapanen's(Philly).

My point is that he is small and very good. Like Bouillon and Samsonov. He will have no problem to play in the nhl if he continues like that.
