The gazette says he was practicing on the left side. Hopefully this means that komi gets to start on friday.... personally i dont want to see him sit. Hainsey had to sit and it killed his confidence.

It's not a bad idea to fool around with the defnsive pairings in pratice. Gotta beleive they are going to figure something out to get Komisarek in the lineup this weekend.

I would be VERY surprised to see Rivet move to left and take the spot of an other Dman there.

Since 5 games or so, our best Dmen have been, IMO in this order, Brisebois, Markov, Souray, Bouillon, Quintal, Rivet. It wouldn't make sense to have Rivet who's struggling like never before take the spot of a more consistent player.

My 1st guess is they're not going to use Komisarek again Friday. If they plan to use him, then considering Quintal and Rivet are by far the worse, one of them could be sitting (I think it would be Quintal as Julien seems to want to use Rivet, regardless of his poor play, even on the PP).

Why moving rivet to left side? he his already really bad on his natural side so why will they move him to the left side. "to get his trade value more low"

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!
PLZ, PLZ, please!!!!!! NO Rivette on the left side. He has enough trouble turning to his left, now he's gonna have to turn to his right? Impossible!!! WTF are we waiting to trade (give!) this guy. Oh yeah, his salary, his lack of toughness, his big mouth (misinterpreted for leadership) & his overall hockey lameness. Two more years to go with this imitation of a hockey player. I don't like Rivette? That's right!!!

3 more years, this is year 1 of a 4 year deal.

I don't see how Rivet could be any worse on the left side than the right.

I guess CJ wants to keep him on the lineup as playing him as a forward is allegedly the solution to our PP woes. :shakehead
Is it just me, or is this backwards logic. Our PP is bad and lacks offensive flair sooo....we play 3 D-men on it, one of whom is Rivet.

Btw, I aplogize for my grammar, it's unproper to use "Rivet" and "offensive flair" in the same sentence.
