According to 620 Winky Wright and Jeff Lacy will have their workouts out front before the game.

Pretty cool idea by the Lightning IMO.

GO BOLTS GO!!!!!!! :dm:

Maybe Brashear and Erskine will drop by for some "lessons".:sarcasm:

Any word on a starter yet?

Bolt32 11-28-2006 05:08 PM

Well if were ever going to be playing denis again nows the time. Though i wouldn't mind riding Johan out till he collapes....especially with the way he has been playing lately. He plays like a god, and we win. He plays like garbage and we win....who can complain?

OptimismRestrainer 11-28-2006 05:29 PM

This game scares the **** out of me because all signs point to Lightning domination. This is a definate "should" win game and we have a tendancy to blow those.

I would start Holmqvist and save Denis for Boston. If he can't get up for that game then he has problems. That was the puck off Chara's head, lost in OT for those who don't remember.

I hear that it's Holmqvist again.

Maria 11-28-2006 06:03 PM

Let's go boys, keep up the good play!! ;)

Hockeyfan02 11-28-2006 07:01 PM

1-0 Caps. Lightning have been controlling the play, but the Caps get one odd man break..it goes in.

OptimismRestrainer 11-28-2006 07:11 PM

Is it just me or does Homer let in one of the first 4 or 5 shots against him most nights?

Somebody ought to be able to dig that stat up.

Maria 11-28-2006 07:13 PM

Solid period, they had a lot of good chances, hopefully they can capitalize on those chances.

Butchered 11-28-2006 07:15 PM

For whatever it's worth, I think I'd rather him let one in on his first 4-5 than his final 4-5.

Kristia 11-28-2006 07:19 PM

Not to bad...they seem to be ready to play, are getting alot of chances and they are controlling the play...Let's hope some of those chances start going in..

Don't get me wrong I don't have a problem with it because it always seems to wake him up and as long as the team is playing well (which they are tonight) then it shouldn't be a big deal. I just think it's kind of "funny".

Butchered 11-28-2006 07:29 PM

Yikes. Good to see our highest paid player really put in the effort there.

Maria 11-28-2006 07:30 PM

What the hell!!! 2-0 :madfire:

OptimismRestrainer 11-28-2006 07:33 PM

Brad Richards should be ridin' pine for that bone headed, lazy play.

Butchered 11-28-2006 07:34 PM

Stick break on a WIDE open net. I get that feeling this is going to be one of those kinds of games.

Maria 11-28-2006 07:38 PM

Nothing is going our way tonight, now the Caps go on the power play. :(

Yea, it won't matter if they get 50 shots tonight, they aren't going to win this one. Now, any bets that Washington scores on this PP?

Butchered 11-28-2006 07:38 PM

I smell another goal.

Maria 11-28-2006 07:55 PM

Ohh boy, this is going to get ugly. :shakehead

Marc is in.

OptimismRestrainer 11-28-2006 07:58 PM

It's the one's we should win that scare me the most.

Butchered 11-28-2006 08:00 PM

:shakehead

I LOVE how this team can dominate the first 10 minutes, not even allowing a shot, and then in that same game, make the Washing Capitals look like freakin Buffalo.
