you see the problem is:

Where im located Hockey Jerseys dont really exist, so my chances of actually trying one on or seeing the differences for myself are not possible, so thats why I asked you guys, Thanks for all the "help"

well the main difference is price, replica will be cheaper, say in about the 65-75 dollar range est thats with no name. Authentic is an exact kind the players wear material and custom made i believe these can run you in the mid to high 100 150-200 i believe. I'd say go cheap and get the replica. with a name on it (id go with drury or brier if i were you) it will cost extra maybe around 110-125 est.

You can get a replica Sabres jersey on Sabres.com for like $90.

I was at the game last night and went in to the Sabres store and I was looking at a Sabres third jersey (replica) of Drury with the "C", the price tag was $144.00. It sure was sharp, but pricey!

The main difference is the weight of the material, authentic is much heavier, and the jersey tiedown. The authentic jerseys have the tiedown to connect the jersey to the pants, replicas do not. If you are going to wear it around, get the replica, if you want to get it signed, and hang in on the wall and create something of higher value, get the authentic, but it will cost you.

Just get a replica if you're going to wear it often. It's alot cheaper, and if it's not going to be just a collectible, it's just as good.

Recommendation: Replica White #23 Drury

why not both?

I'd definitely go with the replica. They're lighter for everyday use, and $100-$150 cheaper. I was going to get a Drury but I'm waiting until they change back to the blue and gold next year. But, if I were going to spend the money on one now anyways, I'd go with Drury.

Come on Takeo, we've all had this discussion before. It's almost a definite that they will eventually change back to blue and gold.
