Who just took the puck up-ice for PHX vs. NJ?

Brought it end to end, broke the trap wide open and laid a beauty off for the goal? Who just did that? It was a friggin' glory to behold.

That was David Tanabe who beat Niedermayer and went top shelf over Brodeur. Coyotes D was great tonight from Hulse to Suchy to Tanabe.

LOL -- thanks. I was actually referring to the goal he created just before the one you're talking about -- but he hadn't done that yet!

My fault. Before that Gratton scored from Tanabe and Suchy. The first goal of the game for Phoenix was pretty sick as well as Nash dove over Brodeur and managed to flick the puck into the net after Landon Wilson slid it right next to the post.

It's great to see players breaking the trap wide open and scoring goals :handclap:, this is what fans like to watch and should happen more in the NHL nowadays..

He didn't break the trap though. Both of the goals happened on a 4 on 4. He did beat Stevens on the 2nd goal, and Niedermayer on the 3rd goal.
