Just getting back into it
Whats up guys? Welp im getting back on my skates to play some roller hockey, played today at an outdoor rink but i just cant skate like i used to. My balance is still real good i still hit pretty nice threw a few and didnt go down once including a pretty good open ice hit but I cant skate as fast make as nice turns and can hardly skate backwards at all which is what i really wanna work on, my stopping is also pretty crummy now too. Anybody know any training techniques i should use to stregnthen each area. I figure it'll all come back to me sooner or later but the sooner the better. I used to be a real quick big kid now im just a slow big kid lol and i wanna get back to my roots
