Who's packing their bags today?

Was going to do a poll, but figured this is better.

My list based on who I can see going. Not who I want to go.

Malik
Rachunek
Ward
Cullen
Prucha
Pock
Hollweg

I think that's about it. Obviously Ward and Prucha I wanna keep, the rest vary. This not to say any trades will go down, it's just for fun.

I think the Rangers are pretty quiet today (a nice way to be non-commital in which direction they're going in). I do think they'll deal Rachunek and possibly Pock.

Nich 02-27-2007 09:36 AM

ward
pock

maybe's
cullen
jarko
malik
nylander

i hope we move at least pock...no way he is resigning....we should be able to get a 5th or 6th for him

Kostik 02-27-2007 09:37 AM

i can see only one d-man traded...either Ward or Pock

In The Flesh 02-27-2007 09:37 AM

I don't think anyone is getting dealt.

If it's a quiet day: Ward, Pock, Immonen.

If it's not quiet: THE Posse.

Anyone know how to get a count down clock to work on this site? Found this, but I don't even know if it's possible.

Sure he could be - had a great cup run last year, proven winner. Contract is a bit heavy, but it's still not even $3MM per year and one of the years is practically expired. That's not a GREAT contract, but it's tradeable. If the Rangers are willing to take back a dead wood contract of their own as part of the return, it's EMINENTLY tradeable.

Keep in mind the Rangers have 48 NHL contracts

Looking at Fredrik Modin and Marco Sturm received,Cullen's deal is not outrageous

Modin got 3 years/$9.75 million plus a NTC and Sturm got 4 years/$14 million plus a NTC

Cullen got 4 years/$11.5 million/$2.875 million cap
