Doesn't look like the Rangers called up anyone on defense, guess that's good for them since they have a game tonight and already have lost a bunch of players to the Rangers lineup.

I'm leaving in about a hour or so to head to the Garden, should be a fun game. THey need these 2pts, but at this point i'm just stating the painfully obvious. Please win this game and welcome back JD!!!!!!

BBKers 03-03-2007 08:43 AM

How about losing today and enduring another 5 game losing streak to be -
Followed by straight 15 wins ??? :amazed:
Hmmmm - sounds nice
Just win today instead;)

GarretJoseph* 03-03-2007 08:47 AM

Well After Watching my Man United defeat Liverpool 1-0! I Know the Rangers will do the double for me today.

NYR 6
Blues 2

Osminator 03-03-2007 08:48 AM

sick an tired of this team... my guess that st. louis will score at least one shorthanded goal today... go blues!!!

polako 03-03-2007 08:58 AM

Just hope the team remembers this today and they'll do ok:

Stay off the PP! Be sure not to draw any penalties!

Henrik68 03-03-2007 09:10 AM

Any news on Shanahan, does he play today?

Time to take 2 points! 3-1, Jagr 2 and Hossa with empty netter. :yo:

bmw2004 03-03-2007 09:11 AM

Let's give this game to Blues and make JD happy.:yo:

I Am Chariot 03-03-2007 09:20 AM

Maybe we should start a pool to bet on which Ranger gets to make the bonehead play that costs us the game?

:)

In The Flesh 03-03-2007 09:36 AM

3-0 Rangers Win. Lets win it for JD!

shanny hasn't been cleared for anything more than light stretching, its starting to sound like he may not return this season unless we make the playoffs (so we wont see him this year)

anyway he went to see a neurologist so hopefully we will know more soon, but he has been experiencing vertigo still

NYRMatt 03-03-2007 10:00 AM

JD Ceremony? Rumor has it that its a Marek Malik acchieving the A ceremony. Just kidding.

I am driving down to Ny now to see the game. Cant wait!

in the hall 03-03-2007 10:25 AM

i will always have respect for this man. wouldn't be a terrible thing to see the letters JD hanging from the rafters

Clarence Swamptown 03-03-2007 10:26 AM

From NYR WEBSITE Game Notes...In the last matchup between the teams, the Rangers defeated the Blues, 5-4, in overtime on December 10, 2005 at St. Louis despite giving the home team 13 power play opportunities......

TomLaidlaw 03-03-2007 10:35 AM

Lets Go Rangers!!!!

DontStaal 03-03-2007 10:38 AM

the blues have actually been very good recently so it won't be an easy 2 points

....

wait, its not an easy 2 points against the Flyers either :dunno:

rucinsky scored that funky goal that bounced off the back glass onto lalime's back and in the net last season

lets hope we do better this game than the last one, the blues always give the rangers a hard time, but its time to play like a playoff team if they want to have a chance

NYR fan 2 03-03-2007 10:44 AM

The Rangers will win 3-0...eh scrath that. It will be 3-0 going into the 3rd, St.Louis will score 3 goals and win it in a shootout.

Haha I remember that, didn't they waive him right after that too?

Janerixon 03-03-2007 10:46 AM

yeah they waived him after that game

Cunndies 03-03-2007 10:49 AM

Apparently Valiquette's starting tonight, as per Steve Zipay

Can't believe the Blues have only 2 points less than us. Either we're horribly underachieving or the Blue are overachieving. I wonder which one it is...

Hoping for a fun game
